I made order for 21 EUR. Two months later I realized I've been charged 12 EUR every month. So my purchase did cost me 45 EUR instead. I don't think this is BAU for online shopping. I don't recommend to save using BilaBlau.

There are many scammers out there but I know of no other company that will actually steal money from you. Stay as far away as possible.

If you by anything from them they automatically (in fine prints) take Money from you every month (bindning contract for 12 months) for being a member of their site)! Just for bying one item on their site... you do not get anything for sining up you do not now that your sining up for anything! A lot of people is reporting them!

I ordered 2 x magic tracks. Delivery 4 weeks! After 3 months i see in my bank account missing 4 bank wires ( 12 euros each). Credit card locked, I go to the police.

First of all i placed one order came after 2 months from Denmark. Second they charge me without any permission 12 euros for a membership which i was not informed 5 months ago. This charge made after 5 months, so the 14 days trial was not right. They don't refund the 12 euros as they say that they don't refund memberships. I DID NOT WANTED MEMBERSHIP AT THE FIRST PLACE. IF I KNEW I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I bought three packs of Gripeez, they sent one, they didn't work, I thought it may be my walls so I gave some to several friends they had the same result I asked for a refund, all I got was yet another ticket issued, then they charged my card without my permission & said that ir was for membership which I didn't know anything about, they cancelled the membership but didn't refund the money I am furious.

There is a hidden charge of 12 euros every month, stay away from Bilablou. I am o internet customer for many years it is the first time thata a company stolen my money in that way.

This company is operating a scam. You purchase an item and think that is it, but no. Unless you cancel the account straight you will be charged £8.81till the account is cancelled
The item we had was a total load of crap. Then they charged us £8.81 for eighteen months. There is noway you can get your money back AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST

Fraud and taken money form your account twice.
This is fraud and I´m surpised our laws can accept this kind of dishonest company!
You get automatically an memebership with 12 euro per month... fraud.

They stole money from my card 12 euro every month without consent and wont refund me it is a scam avoid at all cost cheaper on wish.

Scam company i got a reminder of 8 month not payed "membership" that should be canceled after i canceled the order...

Do yourself a favor, do not order anything here. They charge you for a member ship 10 a month without telling you about it, i have waited 30 days for a vacum cleaner and i still havent got anything.

I have ordered Gillette 3 and Durex, so they delivered after 2 weeks, but then they charded every month 12 EURO for Membership. Why my order was not cheaper as any where.

I did received my parcel after a very long while, but the charges, (12 euros per month) continued, after I stoped my contribution to the site. Avoiding them, I had to cancel my credit card

Unfortunately I am a victim too. They have been reported to the European Consumer Center! Hope their website will be out of the business.

Do not trust this website. They never refund charges and they charge you membership fees twice a month. So disappointed..

I have bought one items 6 euros only. After month they charge from my credit card 12 euros membership fee! I never agreed on this!
