I'm very satisfied with my bike berry purchase. All parts came in good condition, a little slow for delivery. The flat black engine went great with color scheme. The engine & converter are bullet proof and reliable, I really like the free wheel.The 49cc engine is legal on the street, with the pedals. I did use stronger bolts for engine mount & chain tensioner. I'm very pleased with the kit & new hobby!

38cc 4 stroke friction drive kit

My response to the review shipping was fast it came in 3 days easy kit to put together with some adjustments reliable 4 stroke engine I'm enjoying it does about 20-25mph I help it by pedaling 1 or two times just to be easy on the motor and friction drive I love it fair price

Freddy was there every step of the way to listen to every problem i had assembling my bike.
Damaged Tired guard-PArtial refund
Broken spoke- partial refund and help explaining how to change a spoke with videos and advice.
Manufacturer error bracket-partial refund and recommendations for fixing the issue
Confusing wheel assembly-was super patient in understanding what i meant and what i needed till we finally figured it out
Engine mount too high on the bike/missing parts of pedal-ordered me a part quickly to fix the problem
This has been the best most comprehensive customer service experince ever. Freddy was obviously very knowledgable about the ins and outs of the bike and knew how to relate and understand what I was saying and also fix every problem thats come up. Bike isnt quite finished yet but Im sure support will be there to help with the last few steps too. Cant thank Freddy enough.

After 3 bell rotors went out in less then ten miles each they said if it happened again I would have to send the rotor back to be checked no biggy really I said f-it and just bought the transmission kit from them and this is where I review starts... opening the box the troubles where not going to stop pulled out the motor mount looked like a 2 year old with a grinder had some fun a then the gas tank chipped and starting to rust pulled out the hand grips ( they were supposed to be chrome) black... totally disappointed...

I bought two bikes for my daughters for Easter. They arrived and we assembled per the directions provided. One of my daughters got in the bike for the first time and the chain snapped causing her to fall and she was injured. I have contacted this company more than six times via email and phone with no response. I want to return both bikes but can't due to their lack of customer service. I will be contacting the better business bureau regarding this issue. Only order from here if you enjoy giving money in return for terrible customer service.

WHAT A JOKE! NOT FUNNY!

So 3 days ago I placed an order for a 26 inch 10 spoke mag rim set and a 22 tooth freewheel sprocket. First time ordering from bikeberry.com. I'm in urgent need to get my bike back on the road that I even paid $24 for shipping up to 5 days and bought shipping protection. I'm thinking I'll be getting my rims within 5 days. The order went through and I got thank you email and reciept. $222 and some change is what it cost me. The next day I get email stating that they need to verify my identity because my transaction was flagged by their fraud detection algorithm and they won't ship my order until i send pics of my id and cc. So I did. Here we are 3 days later and still no tracking number. Order not shipped. I called to request a refund for shipping fee because obviously I'm not going to get it in the time I paid for and was told no that shipping will kick in after I'm done being investigated. This is a joke but not funny! I will never order through bikeberry.com ever again.

We received our 24 inch boys bike today and put it together - to some extent. There were parts missing. I suspect it was due to the parts bag being open and the overall container having many gaps at top, sides and bottom. The bike will be fine once I visit the hardware store and buy some substitute nuts, spacers, washers and brackets for the reflectors. My issue was with a manual that didn't quite match up with the bike, an almost unreadable assembly manual and sloppy shipping integrity.

I purchased two bikes and received them well over two weeks ago. Both bikes were in disrepair after riding them for only a short distance. Don't try calling for assistance, they are not taking calls. After multiple emails including pictures and a video of the issues I have yet to receive a response. I finally took them both to the local bike repair shop and had both bikes fixed. I will never buy from this company again. Good luck on your purchase if you buy from bikeberry. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I find this company to be extremely frustrating to work with. One month after my bike was ordered I have received two notices that my bike is being shipped, but when I look at the shipment status it says that only the label was made for shipment. Nothing more. I called on several occasions to inquire about my order and they tell me that I will be receiving an email regarding my inquiry. The first couple of times I got a general email that was clearly copy/pasted. (evidently I am not the only one with Bikeberry issues. Clearly, they've created a vague email to distribute to every inquiry and complaint possible) and the other few times I called after that, I was promised an email and received nothing. I requested my money back at they are totally refusing. Do yourself a favor an order anywhere else other than here.

Arrived damaged.

I bought a men's Switz Cruz bike from this company. It came damaged, I sent pictures. There were several scratches and dents and the front rim needed to be replaced and the back spokes need to be adjusted. They offered a $10.00 store credit and finally said they would send a new rim. They expect me to do the repairs myself. Now I will have to pay for repairs. Thankfully, after much negotiations, the company has agreed to refund $50.00.

I orderd a stage 4 kit from bike berry only to pay extraordinarily high prices and i was absolutely shocked about how poor there engine kit is it really seemed every part i received from them was factory defects.

Firstly, took over 3 weeks to receive my bike when they profess to ship in "one business day". Secondly, arrived with a damaged part. Have waited on hold and then disconnected 3 times before speaking to an agent. Must have wasted over an hour and half... Finally emailed them. Received no answer. Told them I will dispute the charge with my credit card company I did nether form them. Been 5 days... Calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. Maybe that will finally get their attention! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I have an engine I just bought but can't use

My piston rings were the wrong size, they said they would refund my $, no $. And now I have a brand new engine that us useless to me. They have done nothing to rectify any of this. I ordered a pair of rings on etsy.

I ordered an engine kit and they never told me that it was out of stock. Then when I kept trying to email them they wouldn't answer. I'm trying to get my $200 back and they still won't answer. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an online order.

Don't buy

They will sell you a piece of $#*!, it will leave you stranded because there $#*! will break the bolt and potentially $#*! up the motor as well, doesn't run in the rain, it will tear up your tires if the road is slightly wet and sound like $#*!

I don't know if people would see the update that I wrote actually in my last review so I just wanted to put it out there that 6 months down the road I still have received nothing from bikeberry.
They promised to send me the tubes that were missing from my order and the missing pieces I received nothing, but to be honest they sent me a $15 gift card electronically that ended up being worthless because the shipping on the $15 item cuz I'm not giving them any more of my money it was like $35 so...
Take it for what it is there's plenty of other suppliers out there that offer a better product at better prices and will stand behind there product when there's a problem I would use those kind of companies
There are pictures of the damaged items in my original review I've since kind of resurfaced the rims a little bit and painted them so they look a little better

Problems and hassles. Order in limbo?

I had heard Alot of great things about bike berry, unfortunately Alot of it was untrue, I made an order on may 19 and my credit card was charged, two days later I call to check the status and I'm told that my rims are sold out until July. After contacting bike berry again and taking a color of rims I really didn't want, I was assured that my order would be shipped with in a day. Now here we are may 24 my order still hasn't shipped, still no tracking number, and the customer service is basically a joke. They will literally tell you anything. I was ASSURED yesterday may 23 that my order would ship that day. Yet still no tracking info, still no ship. To be honest I'm beginning to wonder if I'm even going to get the order at all or if they took my money and run. I wanted to review the product here but who knows if I'll even recieve it at this point. I'd strongly caution all buyers to at the very least call to check the availability of the item before parting with your cash. I was looking forward to exploring some of the other products they sell, but now in all honesty I'd be hesitant to order from this company again. If my order doesn't ship I'll just put a stop payment on my card at a cost to myself essentially costing me for my mistake. Don't make the same costly mistakes. Good luck and safe, happy riding all

I purchased two electric scooters, the Gigabyke Groove. So far I have had to replace a battery on one and a controller on the other which i had to return because they sent me the wrong part. That was since July 18,2018. I have received nothing but the run around and it is Aug 2,2018 and it still has not been shipped. Called CS and I believe I am at 8 reps. They won't let you speak to a supervisor and they lie to you right over the phone. What a shame! I have let all of my friends know not to purchase anything from BikeBerry. Not professional. Don't do it your will regret it!

She was such a sweetheart and helped me when I was confused about my tracking then again about my order. I forgot to add in a item and it was quickly resolved. Thanks bike berry! Thank you so much summer! The parts are all good quality. I would def use bike berry again and tell everyone else to use them as well.
