I have had nothing but problems. It took 24 days to get the motor, customer service was rude.

Complete Scam. They send you crap motors that wont even move, and wont refund

They are shady. It is a business owned by one individual, Jack Lin. He also owns Grow Ace, a shop that sells cannabis growing supplies. Bikeberry is not very big, their customer service & warehouse are in Brea, CA. The same place that his other store is located. Bikeberry did lie to me about my order and strung me on for 2 months. I was very upset by the company and felt as if I was being scammed the entire time. That is why I say shady. I would not buy from them.

Total scam took my money for rims that were not even in stock. Never notified me of that fact. Then when I call to check the status of the delivery I was told I could take a whole other product or wait til July. So I took the white rims. Still took over a week for them to ship. And to be honest I still don't have a tracking number... Your better off on eBay folks

Its the worst company i have ever dealt with as consumer

They scammed me. I purchased a bike, got it months later, it arrived damaged, they wouldn't make good on it. The hub broke after only a few minutes and they sent me the wrong part. Then sent me a kit and told me to assemble it instead of replacing the assembly. Buy your bike somewhere else.

What a joke. I ordered a motor ready gas frame bike Come to find out once i put it together that the rims were warped. The rear one was so bad that theres no way i could ride it like that. I emailed bikeberry shorty after explaining what happened and they arent getting back to me. $#*! In ripoff!

You get your product weeks have you buy it and it won't run.

A scam a scam a scam, total scam do t buy from them it's definitely a scam

It's a legit company but the shipping department and customer service department are seriously lacking.
