The long story short; paid for 2 necklaces, received an incorrect tracking number, was told repeatedly to be patient by this company and that they guaranteed that our order had been shipped. We never received anything and now they will not reply to any emails we send. Extremely disappointing when you pay for a special gift and get ghosted. Terrible customer service and business practices.
I bought the 30mm Cuban link 30". This is basically the same I seen elsewhere in the mall which they claimed to be real diamonds and real gold. Piece is heavy though. The stones were all paved straight. However will definitely pay more for express next time due to international.
I got a playboi carti chain and the eyeball of the bunny fell out after 4 months. I love the chain, but at $120, you'd expect it to last. Definitely not buying anything from them again.
It came in a very nice box and am very satisfied w/ the purchase. I look foward to buying more of their product
