I need to speak to someone about this product. No instructions on how to install it, and particularly, no explanation of how to CHARGE it first - as a result, I installed the battery and it was "dead" as soon as I "plugged it in". I assume this is my loss but I wish there had been clearer instructions on how to charge a battery first - I've never had to charge a "small" batter first before...any recourse for me?
It very easy to pair and it is small but one keep disconnecting.
