Great service fast and good product
Battery that I bought required additional hardware to be made to fit. Not happy with that since the battery was listed as a fit for my bike. Terminal posts were not correctly positioned this was done when the battery was made /poor quality assurance from the factory. The battery seems to have plenty of power and for almost half the price of a stock Harley battery and a 3 year warranty I guess the problems getting it to work are not a deal breaker. We will see how long it last's. On the positive shipping was very fast & well packed. For less than a $100 can't really complain to much. Not sure if I would be a return customer or not at this point...
I could not tell which to choose of stock numbers 12-9-333,12-9-252, and 12-9-284 - specs seem to be the same. I asked and they answered that they WERE the same.
I then asked why the price of one of them was $5 higher than the other two, and did NOT receive any reply.

Website ordering a little complicated but otherwise a good experience.
Website is difficult to use Battery arrived DOA so my neice could not use the scooter during her visit. Spent a lot of time messing with it to get it to work. I hope the replacement battery is checked before sending. If not I'll request a refund and purchase locally. Richard was very helpful!
