Bigtime Battery

Customer service needs attention. Called three times for tracking information and they gave me the wrong tracking number. Also when I got confirmation of my order they said they would be a series of emails with tracking information and delivery information. Those emails never came! Battery fit and works. Curious about how and if they cover warranty if needed

I should have paid more attention to the reviews, they were right, this battery doesn't fit properly, it is too large. I hope it does not break my battery box. I would not recommend, or buy from this company again.

Best price I could find on the internet plus fast shipping. I installed the battery and it started the bike right up. I figure it should last at least 2 years witch is about what motorcycle batteries seem to last.

I thought I had completed the orders but did not receive an email confirmation. Went back and noted there was one more "confirm" button and had to re-enter the order to complete I hope that doesn't mean I will get two. My fault.
Battery works great. Will be back.

Added to above two weeks later: the battery that arrived was defective, would not take a charge. A return ticket was sent to me immediately. Unfortunately due to the pandemic it will be some time before another battery will be available. Not the dealer's fault.

Purchase was quick and easy, though the Amazon checkout option didn't work for me. I received the package in the time frame expected and in good shape. It appears to be a high quality battery, and I got it for an excellent price and with free shipping. Very happy.

Perfect replacement battery for my wife's 883 Iron

For some reason the site emptied my cart, then had 2 in it. I had to correct it to 1. But otherwise all was good. Received my order in good shape and it fit the application. Battery arrived fully charged. It arrive 1 day later than stated but that is most likely due to the post office delivery times and routes.

Very easy so far. The delivery was not good, as fed ex delivered it to the wrong address. Luckily I have honest neighbors. Installation was not bad, but the bolts sent were too short and I had to reuse the old ones. After that it was just getting everything to line up. The bike started first time and so far since.

So far so good, found what I needed and checkout was simple. If they ship as quickly as it took to buy I will be thrilled.
Follow up is that I received the battery way sooner than expected and it works great. Time will tell on the life of the product, but I am very impressed and would highly recommed this company.

The product fits and is perfect for what it's designed to do. I had some issues with tracking and when I called to find out the status no one seem to know what was going on with the delivery. I was told twice that I would get a return call, but it never happened.

Web site easy to find and ordering was very easy and straight forward. No problems encountered. I received my battery exactly on the day they said I would. It was fully charged and ready to go. After installing it in my moped I turned the ignition key and it had lots of power to crank and start the motor immediately. I am very pleased and recommend this company to anyone needing a battery.

The batteries were received and work fine. The order process and checkout were easy. The $2.99 express fee was charged twice ($5.98) for one order-misleading (or an error?). I contacted he company to sell my used batteries (two recharg. 14.4 v Hitachi power batteries). No one called me back.

Great shopping experience! Only problem was the lugs on the battery were smaller than the original so I had to replace the connectors and that was my fault. If buying for Schwinn S-500 check out lug size.

Received shipment of batteries in a very timely manner. Only issue was one battery was defective and had a low voltage. That is being resolved however. I received a RMA the very next day with a return shipping label after contacting them. From my experience so far, I completely expect the replacement very soon. Order process went smoothly. Ear buds alittle uncomfortable, round might be better. But overall sound,fit,reception and price make it a great value. Also if band was adjustable the fit might be better.
