Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE- they dont want to return a brand new wagon- it was a gift and the woman received one already. I probably would have bought on their site again but the customer service was HORRIFIC!
They may not be shady, but they are shaky. Not reliable for delivering products that they advertise.
After waiting a week my order was canceled because of lead time to get merchandise that I know is readily available from other sources for roughly 10% more but still with free shipping. In the time it took to hear back from them that they won't ship, I could already have it from Amazon.

This was my 1st time buying from Big Easy. After ordering, Big Easy was very responsive to texts and email. They quickly provided me the tracking info when I asked. After receiving my order I questioned the product's quality - they quickly fixed the problem within hours without further delay or inconvenience. Overall it was a positive experience and I will buy from them again.

Shopping on bigeasymart is a great experience. Here they have a lot of products and discounted products that surprised me. At first look, the website seems sketchy, but I placed the order and about 5 hours later I received an email to confirm the order.
