Bidadoo

I purchased a dehumidifier from Bidado in November 2021. When the product arrived it was missing multiple pieces including the power cord. None of this was disclosed in the original posting. When I contacted customer service for resolution they refused to resolve. I do not recommend working with Bidadoo. The unit is not in working order without the cord. So disappointing.

Beyond the misleading descriptions and lack of recourse these guys have hidden rules that are unfair and costly. Best to get a lawyer first to go over the fine print and figure out in advance just how they will take you. Go elswhere and save yourself the grief.

Do Not Depend on Bidadoo Inspections. They give the impression that their items are fully inspected by a qualified independent party. This is not true! They are known to use "inspections" given by the Seller. I bought a piece of equipment that was clearly fraudulently represented. Technically the fraudulent "inspection" was provided by the seller but Bidadoo should make sure that this does not happen!
So Be Very Cautious!

I was the winner in an auction….when paying i was charged $29….then i received an email saying i have to pick it up….was told that the $29 were for handling the item….in my invoi ce it clearly says SHIPPING!

I tried to bid on an auction with Bidadoo Auctions and was denied because of two vehicles I bought from them in 2016. They say everything is good and OK on the vehicles and in reality they are NOT. Both vehicles I bought had problems and one of them had rats that had ate through part of the wiring harness. I had asked them for assistance on the bill, they said no so I was going to write up a bad review then but did not. Now when trying to bid on an auction of theirs on Ebay, they have blocked me. Wow! Now its time to write up a review. Buyer Beware! They lie about the items for sale and try to say the buyer is extorting money from them that they never help with. I ended up spending $1200 dollars for a wiring harness just get the vehicle working right. If I could give them a negative Star I would.

I cannot recommend this company The sellers they represent are not truthful and they lie about the items condition.

Purchased two tractors through them. The John Deere I purchased for $30k, and recieved it. Everything was trashed. Tires were ripped almost completely through, all the seals were bad on the hydraulics, all the hoses were leaking, broken lights, ect. They would not help. I then put another $18k to get it back to great shape. They came to inspect to sell. I told them over and over that everything was nnew now, and told them to list all the work I did. Once they listed it said nothing of the new work, and said just in ok normal shape. When I read this I called my salesman who was terrible. He said he just calls the bidders and tells them. Hmmm. Common sense tells you that if you put it in the listing more people would bid creating a better sales price. They would not change it. Manager called me back, and stated that they did mess up, but nothing they will do. Talked to my attorney, and I do have a case. I am just debating on if I want to pursue it. I would not buy, or sell through them. Terrible experiences!

Bidadoo reviews on ebay are not real 2) really watch how you conduct business with them. They sold me a Genie lift and it was already sold. Bidadoo held my money for several days with little or no communication. I posted a negative feedback on Ebay and the feedback did not post. This is not how feedbacks work, mostly on a auction site where this is very important. Why aren't any of the feedbacks I see on yelp, Ripoff report mapquest etc on the Ebay feedbacks? Ebay and Bidadoo are misleading the general public to think certain way and its not real. I hate the felling when I feel like I'm being SCAMMED

Bidadoo Auction based out of state of Washington. They use eBay a their internet site bidding which is a real joke when it comes to real equipment auctions and then other people to bid it up and reserves to start a auction thats called a minium bid. Thats called a reserve... what a joke if it was not for their one real client called BOEING Aircraft they would be out of business as well. Now lets see how long their rent company sells with them called Sunbelt. Read this a try not to laugh because i called them they said they where the world largest equipment auction in print on their web site so they changed it ( NOT) As eBay's largest and most trusted online business and industrial auction service, we make buying and selling used equipment easy, efficient, and safe.
