I purchased a dehumidifier from Bidado in November 2021. When the product arrived it was missing multiple pieces including the power cord. None of this was disclosed in the original posting. When I contacted customer service for resolution they refused to resolve. I do not recommend working with Bidadoo. The unit is not in working order without the cord. So disappointing.
