The candy that was received was out of date, but Bice's did refund me the price for it.
Did not see where to input my 10.00 saving code Flow10.
Someone was in the local office to answer my questions and I didn't think they would be open today on Jan. 2nd. After delivery: I asked for a specific delivery date and was assured the flowers would arrive that day. They did not arrive until late the next day and after the patient left the hospital to go home. I will not use Bice again.
