Ordering online made it very easy. In the past Bice's has done outstanding work for us, making unique and beautiful arrangements each and every time. However, this particular order was for an out-of-town funeral arrangement, so our disappointment was not with Bice's, but with the florist that actually fulfilled the order. The spray we ordered was pictured as full and lush with roses and lilies. When we arrived at the service, we saw that the arrangement delivered was not full and lush. It was skimpy and not worth the price we paid. Bice's will always be "our" florist, but I hope they choose someone different in that town in the future.

The online experience was satisfactory, but I specifically asked that there were more manly colored flowers in the arrangement and NO pink. The arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home was white and PINK flower only.

Unable to use the FLOW 10 discount of $10.00 as noted on home page. No option given during checkout process. Can the order be reduced by the $10.00?
So far very good. It's important that the flowers and plants are high quality. This was for the wife of a friend that passed away, she lives in California and we live in Texas. It was very important that they arrived on time and the quality was there they met both of these!
Some of the flowers wilted the next day the next day. The arrangement was mediocre at best.
Easy to shop, timely delivery. Flowers were in a bud, so greenery was dominating the arrangement. I can imagine how beautiful it will look in a few days
