The delivery driver left the flowers outside. The recipient didn't discover them until the next morning when they were leaving the house.

The prices were pretty good (as far as flowers go). I would have liked to know what an upgrade would have looked like. I bought eisel flowers online for a funeral but could only see the smallest arrangement picture. If I wanted to upgrade, which I did, I could not see what to expect.
Everything else was great... price was the best I could find in the area and delivery was timely. The flowers also looked very pretty.

The only issue I had was that we never heard the door bell and no one knocked as all the dogs go bananas when someone is at the door. Maybe they were sleeping... Note on the door said the flowers were next door, which is OK, but there's an area behind the front porch brick support the driver could've also left and I'd had found them for sure.
I have used Bice before and it worked perfectly so I know I can order with confidence and know what I order will be as pictured.

The original arrangement that I ordered and paid over $180 was nothing like picture on the website. I contacted the store and they said that they had been out of those flowers and someone should have called. They asked to have another chance to remake it and I opted for a different arrangement. The one they sent turned out nice, but it was originally priced lower than the original arrangement and the lady said they would add more flowers to make up the difference. Although it was beautiful, i'm not sure they added $70 worth of flowers. I used to see great realists before from Bices, but this is becoming a common occurrence and rethinking who I will be using in the future
