The item I purchased did not look exactly as presented on the website. I was informed that certain flowers may be unavailable. In my case, certain flowers were substituted. While the flowers received were nice, I had hoped for the arrangement pictured on the website.
So far it has been very good.
I have never had a bad experience with Bice's Florist and this time is no exception. The spray arrangement was beautiful and delivered sooner than I had even hoped. I'm a Bice's customer for life!
Beautiful Flowers, however they delivered a day late and we were not notified by Bices's, but by the recipient. However, Bice's did make up for it and delivered a beautiful arrangement the next day
