Disgraceful service! Check out their regulations governing online purchases. They claim to accept returns for any reason but have a link to a laundry list of exceptions. BUYER BEWARE.

I made an over the phone order for a camera on June 30th and was told that it would ship the 14th, I was super excited because I was going on a backpacking trip out west on the 23rd and wanted to take the camera with me to get good quality pictures. When the 14th came, I looked to see if I had a notification that my order had shipped as the sales rep promised. I didn't see any email confirmation and so I called to see what had happened. They said that they had pushed it back to the 24th because they didn't get the shipment when they were expecting too. Extremely disappointed and will not be buying from them again.

Answer: ANy refurbished item we sell has been refurbished by the manufacturer or official US distributor, Nikon USA or Canon USA etc. Other used items are each rated on a numeric scale and we tend to be conservative so customers are not disappointed.

Your report glosses over several issues, First, our FAQ specifies that non-returnable items include "Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed." Second, we require a return authorization be requested and sent to you to initiate the return process. Third, we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the reason for the return is our error or a product which was defective or damaged on arrival. Being "disappointed in the performance" does not suggest the product is defective. To suggest otherwise is disingenuous.
