I have ordered about 1 unstitched lehenga, 3 unstitched sarees, 5 stitched lehenga, 1 stitched suite and 1 stitched bridal lehenga with Bharatplaza over span of 3 years. (Of which, 9 orders were in one year)

The quality of all products have been top notch, as described on site and fitting has always been perfect.

Their customer service is excellent, I am happy to share that I did all my bridal shopping at Bharatplaza and I am happy with stitching and fittings as well.

Totally follow u to get the sale from u. Once placed the order took complete one month to deliver the product saying your choice is different, have to arrange golden wire stuff like that for manufacturing. Then they call to get the product get stiched from u claiming they have best tailors. Pls don't go with the fancy pics they post on their site. Product look much cheaper in real.

I paid for my order almost 2 months ago. I have been writing customer service for about a month and no replies. Live chat leaves me when I start questioning my order.

Received the order today, only one word to say about service team of Bharat Plaza 'Exceptional outstanding". Both Saree's look gorgeous from what showed on the web. Material, embroidery, color everything great. The service guys keep me in form the status and get my order before time which i mentioned to them. Once again thanks and hats off to all.

Bharatplaza need to inform UK customers that their delivery charge does not include UK VAT, Customs duty and taxes which will be need to be paid to the UK courier before delivery.

This was my first time ordering from bharatplaza. Shipping was pretty quick, and I love the way they packaged the clothes. Everything was SO quality and cute. Right after trying everything on I had to find a way of writing a review because I am so excited about the things I got. Also, the sizing is pretty spot on. I wear a size small for most things, and everything I ordered fit perfectly. I definitely plan on shopping here in the future, my only regret is not ordering more

It is extremely frustrating when you are trying to speak to live chat as that's the only option you have and the representatives English are so poor that you end up wasting time going back and forth and ending up solving nothing. They either leave you hanging or cut off the chat when they do not have answers to your questions. Emails are not being answered products are shipped on time if it's in stock if not it takes a very long time with no communication very bad service for USA customers yet you must pay up front for your order.

These bastards have been dragging my refund claim for 4 months now and yesterday after I chatted with them they said because it's been over 60days its not possible to give me a refund! Seriously how are you still in business? Please PLEASE stay away! I have lost $140 and 4 months of my life chasing them for a $35 refund that they said they would give me and I accepted and then they kept saying not possible. I wish I had paid by Paypal now but they convinced me not to. Don't do that. EVER!

Placed order in November. Item was supposed to be shipped in early January. No update on order in the middle of January. Email customer service to be told sorry we cannot ship your item please choose one of these (less comparable) items instead. Tell customer service that will not work as I needed that specific item, please refund me the money I payed. No answer. Days go by with repeat emails. No answer. Very thankful I payed with paypal and they were able to recover my money. Would never recommend this company. AVOID LIKELY SCAM.

Customer service was excellent, i was hesitated to place such a huge order and i would be disappointed but in the end when i received my Bridal saree.
