I placed a order on 27 november 2017 till now I did not get my order... several times called customerservice... no use... send email many times no reply... big cheating going on there... I feels they are collecting money and plan to run away

I had recently purchased 2 lehengas from Bharat plaza. The stitching was perfect and great customer service and support provided by Meenal. The products along with few complimentary items were delivered on time. I am very happy with my purchase.

Only half of my order was sent.
I was told to pick something from ready to ship items instead. Requested to refund my money because I didn't like anything from ready to ship.
It's 3 mnths now, didn't receive refund and my emails are getting ignored now.

Personally, I love bharatplaza, I'm always shopping there. They are one shop you can go to where you know they'll have something different every time you go. Never had a problem with them, so 5 stars from me! Online chat is awesome

I received my wedding saree yesterday from UPS. The saree is beautiful. There is a color variation as I expected it to be slightly lighter in color but not to worry it is still stunning. Bharat plaza. What to to tell. Simply impressed though at first was little anxious about the what would be the product result, but once here it is really amazing and worthy.

Recommended to all customers/ people and yes though I am a non resident of India, manage to get my parcel in 3/4 days here in Mauritius, since day shipped there.

Customer service was excellent, i was hesitated to place such a huge order and i would be disappointed but in the end when i received my Bridal saree. Received the order today, only one word to say about service team of Bharat Plaza 'Exceptional outstanding". Both Saree's look gorgeous from what showed on the web. Material, embroidery, color everything great. The service guys keep me in form the status and get my order before time which i mentioned to them. Once again thanks and hats off to all.

I am really very impressed with Bharat Plazas communication and service mind blowing us being so far in nz and order system works. There was a slight color variation with the saree we ordered but it was lovely cant find any saree like that here in nz. Impressive work keep it up. I have already made another 2 orders
