Beverly Hills MD

As my review title states, Lift and Firm gives my skin a nice smooth and silky feel. I find that even though I wash my face with a gentle cleansing soap in the AM and PM, it sometimes leaves my skin dry. I apply Lift and Firm sculpting cream, only a small amount needed, and my skin feels just wonderful. It's not sticky and absorbs well into the skin. I've been using it for several years and plan on continuing. It makes me feel good and I think my skin looks great too.

I've used this and other BH MD products for years. I continue to see positive results (I no longer have a "turkey neck" which a grandchild pointed out to me about 15 years ago). I'm 73 and recently married a man 65 years old. People normally assume I'm younger than him. I'm frequently asked why I'm not still working and people are surprised to learn my current age. I retired from nursing at 69. Many of my co-workers thought I retired early. I gave a jar of Firm and Lift to my husband. He's seen great results in his face as lines have smoothed out and the bags under his eyes have decreased. I love all the products I've used from Beverly Hills because they actually do what they're supposed it. I've tried many products through the years but these are the only ones that perform as advertised

I have used several products from BHMD. I personally don't see any earth-shattering improvements, if any at all, but maybe it's better than using nothing at all.

I will say that I have had excellent customer service every time I've called about anything. They're very friendly and seem to be genuinely interested in caring for their customers.

Being in my mid 70s, and knowing the mirror isn't as kind as it once was, I was looking for a company that understand the intricacies of skincare... and the psychology of women! I've been involved with Beverly Hills MD for the past several yours, and am constantly amazed [and appreciative of] their products, sensitivity to women's needs, and the ability to answer and correct our struggles. I have very sensitive skin, thus hesitant at first, but they have never disappointed. Don't hesitate!

I am going on my third bottle of Dermal Repair Complex and I have not seen any results yet. Which is very disappointing because I really feel that repairing the skin needs to come from within, from what you put in your body. Yet I do not think that this is the product that is going to do it. I will continue to take my last bottle and keep my fingers crossed.

I watched the (very long!) video and was fully committed to buy until I was put in a 'you are in a queue as demand is so high right now' waiting page. And then I see there are only 21 reviews, with the majority being negative. Shame on you for dressing up as doctors and making false promises!

Bought 2 different products, one when this slick smooth con artist came on the scene in 2014-2015, and recent time. This is a smooth sociopath who is out for big $$$. He knows how to catch you with the big lie "you can do this without leaving the house". That's con talk for buy our garbage product. He disappeared when the heat came on: hugh reports and complaints go out to state attorney offices, and now he has resurfaced once again. That's when you know they are really bad. DON'T take the hook!
And "Sam", save your slick con apology for yourself. Shame on you all, God is watching you

A family member gave me this product, and I was really excited to try it. When I opened it, the product had exploded inside of the box. I contacted BMD about the issue, and they would not provide a new product. Really disappointing considering the price point for their products.

Will not buy their products again, nor recommend them, as BMD does not stand behind their products or their customers.

I was willing to give a product a try, because it was a $39 deal. On the website, I was hit with upsell offers. That's annoying, but I took the $102 "deal" and managed to make it through to enter my credit card info. That should have been it. But when I hit "submit," I was presented with 4+ more upsell offer screens. With each screen, I had to scroll way down to say "no thanks" in order to continue (under threat that if I try to exit screen, it may result in multiple charges to my credit card). By the time I hit the confirmed order screen, I'd lost trust in the company. I tried to cancel online, then sent an email. A few hours later, I received an email saying that it was too late to cancel, but of course I can pay shipping to return the product for a refund. With such a complex website designed to entrap consumers, I have a hard time believing they can't cancel orders before they ship. While not technically, illegal, these people are unethical.

According to this article, most of the customers were satisfied, I am not one of them. I used this religiously for the 3 months that they suggested and did not notice one difference. I tried to get my money back and I was not eligible, which I found to be typical...like 90% of all the other companies that say money back guarantee...don't fall for it. It's just another product out there that rely on our insecurities as women. Let's all just agree that God made us in his image and then we should be happy with how we look in age.

I placed an order in Nov. Of 2023 and my account was charged for the order the same day. When I still hadn't received the products in mid December I called and was told that it was on backorder but they had received a new batch "That Day" and would be sending it out "That Day". On Jan. 4,2024 I still hadn't received my order. Sent an email to the company and they replied it was on backorder but they expect to receive a new shipment sometime in January of 2024. That pretty much did it for me, this company took my money and lied about sending it twice! What good is a company if they are Not true to their word? I did eventually receive a refund but will never do business with them again. Buyer beware I give this company a 0 rating and would give - stars if possible.

Purchased the product rapid lift... very expensive. Tried it for four days, did nothing as promised by those fake doctors... all they do is want your money... I will be sending the three bottle I purchased back.

I use many of Beverly Hills, MD products. All are good, some are great, but this one is the absolute best for me. After using it at bedtime, I awake with a near perfect complexion, clear, soft, dewy! I will never let myself run out of this product!

I am 41 and have some puffiness and fine lines. I have tried many products that are promising but only leave my eyes dry and a cake-like feeling. I tried this and was amazed at how light this product is. It only takes a very small amount. It's easy to over use this product, too much will leave a white residue. The product does what it says and I am very pleased with the results. After using the product one time I went to the dentist and got a compliment

I have been using this product for 6 weeks and it is easy to use, absorbs quickly and my neck tiny lines are almost invisible. I am reordering today to continue getting great results!

The lift, firm & sculpting cream has cumulative effects. We want instant results but that's not possible especially the older we get. I saw noticeable results on my neck & jawline. I had a photo taken with a friend close in age and I could see the positive results in that photo. I was elated! I highly recommend this cream. I've tried several & this one delivers like no other. The customer service at Beverly Hills, MD is excellent!

I have ignored my skincare for many years. Signs of aging and sun damage one day stood out to me like a sore thumb. I have tried many products the last couple of years trying to find a way to start reversing the damage. I came across advertising for the Lift & Firm Cream by accident but decided to try it. Using this cream has given me more improvement with my face than any other product I have tried! I am still a work in progress but have complete faith in Beverly Hills MD's products and will continue to use them!
