I ordered all audio books (11 of them) and only 3 came as requested. The rest were either in hardbacks or paperbacks. I even called to make sure they had the audio books in stock. I must give the company an average rating because they did refund my money on the books that were not in the correct format. I did not have to return the books.

Well, since I have been a customer since 2003 you know BWB is my favorite place to buy books. I have always had a positive experience. Years ago delivery took 2-3 weeks, but now it is only a few days. They are absolutely wonderful, books are always in excellent condition and how they get those books to write me a letter, like no one else can, I'll never know.
I love having a physical copy of my favorite books and sometimes they are hard to find at local stores, especially older books. However, I was able to order the rest of two of my comfy mystery series for so cheap! Even if they are library editions, they are still in great shape!

I have received all books from BetterWorldBooks except 'Anne Frank: the Biography' (order: *******). When I notified them about this they said (more or less) 'too bad you waited too long to notify us'. My star rating is for this very poor and heartless response and not for my other orders. Just goes to show if you treat people badly once it has implications and they won't forget it! Though I still order from BetterWorldBooks I couldn't recommend them to others just in case they get burnt as I did!
