While the selection and cost of books were good I will not order again. Exchange from Canadian though expected was very high and then delivery was NOT free but an additional third of total cost
I ordered a book from Italy in the worst covid-19 time. It was a gift for my daughter that I was not able to find in Italy. Obviously it took some time to arrive, due to lockdown. Finally I got it. It is like a new one, but cheap.

I ordered all audio books on cd. I checked They were audio when I chose them, I checked They were audio when I added them to my cart, I checked they were audio when I placed the order. I received one audio and the rest were print. This is the second time this has happened to me. I thought it was my mistake for not being careful the first time. Now I see it wasn't my mistake and I've paid for print books I don't want. I am done ordering from your company.
