Delivery was a little slow this time on some of the books but I figured that was due to some of them coming from England during Covid19. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, I received every book I ordered and in good condition.

Additionally, I love the fact that they donate to places that cannot afford books. As a teacher, it is very important to me that children are able to have access to books.

I am happy with the books I ordered from Better World. They are in good condition and were delivered promptly.
Book arrived fine but would suggest a different packaging instead of just a plastic wrap. This way the edges of the book can get damaged (can see signs on my book). A cardboard envelope like Amazon uses would be safer and more environmentaly friendly I think.

Everything good EXCEPT you send this request 6 weeks after I placed order. I have ordered from you 4 times so I would like it if you mentioned the titles of the books I ordered so I could be positive I received the order. This time I know I got them but there might be times I couldn't tell which order you are asking about.
I ordered two used books from BetterWorldBooks and never received them. I contacted them when the books did not arrive by the latest date they were expected and was told to wait another week. I waited two more weeks, still no books. I have asked for them to be replaced but I am not very hopeful. This is the last time I will ever order books from Amazon as they never arrive, they are not replaced and I can't get my money back. It seems to be the standard practicd to blame the carrier.
My daughter wanted a rare title, Amazon had it listed but just resellers at 5x the price. Discovered this website and you offered a used, good condition hard cover copy at a reasonable price. Thank you. Received the book in the mail, well packaged and timely.
Read all the way through but the story ended abruptly. Not much story, mostly sex and more sex. As for BWB's they always deliver on time and I have never had a problem with them.

Great books for a great price, but i ordered express shipping (2-6 days) and i had to wait 2 weeks,,, well worth the wait though.

Delivery was canceled (and refunded) once during the height of Covid-19 restrictions (which is understandable). The second order arrived after a delay (common where I live in CZ), but exactly as ordered.
