Okay, first of all, your books 'write' the shipping notification. Very cute idea! Also, delivery time was much quicker than I expected given our current circumstances.
I've ordered many books from Better World Books and most of the time everything is ok. However, twice I've received a book that it was listed as "very good" that turned out to be in very bad shape -- pages missing, highlighted text, etc. Also, twice I've received a book that had a strange odor. One smelled intensely of perfume, but was ok after it aired out for a few days, but the other book reeked of cigar smoke and was so disgusting that I threw it out. Also, it's very hard to tell when your books will arrive before you place your order. I thought that I had paid extra to have my last order expedited, only to find out that I had actually only paid for ONE book to be expedited, which wasn't at all clear. Another time my order took months.
1st time ordering and very pleased. Ordered 9 books in the span of 3 days and they all arrived within a wk or so. Pleasant surprise considering the Covid situation that's happening. Great website
The thing I love the most about purchasing from Better World Books is that each book comes with its own story and history and has passed through the hands and lives of various people. It is a never-ending cycle of stories and lives being bound not just inside the cover of a book.

Our books arrived well and in good condition. A few simple changes would have made the experience better, like sending e-receipts in order to keep track of the order and know which books arrived in which shipment, but overall very good.
