Efficient, well priced, lovely, but the insistence on filling out reviews to mandatory lengths just to say you were happy with the service is gibberish-generating; and not the fault of the service itself, I should think.

I enjoy scanning for books by category. It's a great way to find old friends and check out unfamiliar titles or authors. I'm spending a fraction of what I'd spend at Amazon and helping out a good cause.

I was disappointed with my purchase, because 2 of the books were not what I wanted. The descriptions weren't very detailed. I ordered 4 books. One says,"Not for resale, this is a free book" on the inside, but I was charged for it. The last was in good condition and what I ordered.

Since I live thousands of miles from your store you figure that I can get the worst of your books. Rejects from libraries, ones without covers, nicked etc. Thus saving the good collectable books for you local customers.
After I read those so far I have thrown them into the garbage so no one else would get them.

I've ordered dozens of books through Better World. My son's classroom books were 75% less than purchasing them through the college bookstore. My personal reading books were priced well with free shipping. I have had good experiences through them.

I need some hard-to-find books but BWB usually has them in their database, even if they are not in stick. Then I put them on my wish list and wait or keep looking. It is great.

All of my books came except for one. I waited a few more days, thinking that maybe it was just sightseeing. Apparently, the book was ripped and torn prior to departure, so nobody ever shipped it. I got my refund. That was fine. But nobody ever told me that the book wasn't coming! I got no email about it!
