The service has been excellent whenever I've ordered a book(s) and I support their literacy mission. But sometimes the books are in very old condition, a bit musty, when they aren't really that old. I suggest the stock be vetted or a note included in the description when that is the case.

I was excited to find the book I was looking for at an awesome price. The transaction went very smoothly, however I got concerned when I received an email with tracking info and 4 days later, there was no update; my package still showed not dropped off to the shipper. Just a few days later, the book arrived, so maybe tracking info was just never updated?
Overall, I would recommend this seller and would buy from them again.
Companies like yours should place soft-bound books in a sturdy cardboard box that is marked "DO NOT BEND". I think it would have a better chance of arriving the way it left. I ordered a music book and when it arrived, it was bent in some places. I have a feeling it wasn't sent with creases. My hunch is it happened in transport by the USPS or perhaps even when they placed it in my mailbox. Of course, I have no way of knowing for sure. Please consider this request for the future.

I love BetterWorldBooks, but for the last few orders they haven't put my apartment number on the package and it ends up not being delivered to me unless I contact our superintendent.
I understand it can take a while to deliver from the U S A but if I am not in a hurry I like to order from Betterworld because I like their business model. This book was not available in the UK and it only took a few weeks to arrive, and the price was good too.
