POOR! Order $67.00 worth of TShirts on Aug 4th. Still nothing. I have emailed & called them with NO success. I am filing a claim with my bank and reporting them to the authorities. Also, on their web page it shows a NY address but on my bank statement is says California.
There is no customer service/ support. Ordered three t-shirts, the shirts are poor quality, and all shirts were printed grossly off center. They never responded. No excuse.
Just go elsewwhere. I have advised I do not want to pay thru PAYPAL. No response either way. Waste of money, and not cheap. Two other friends had similar dealings. F-.
Spent almost $70 with the company and never received my order, email confirmation, or a reponse back. I emailed and called about a dozen times since I ordered on June 17th. Still no response... I've paid through PayPal so I'm hoping they'll at least send my money back to get some other Father's day presents.

Yeah my shirts finally arrived 5 weeks after ordering them, but their contact info is useless because they will not return your calls or reply to your emails. I sat around for 3 weeks thinking I had been scammed and almost purchased duplicate shirts from another site. They apparently don't value their customers. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you.
I responded to a promotional email that stated shirts were half off with an additional 25% off is you entered a certain code. In placing my order, no screen ever appeared to enter that code, so I was charged full price, and then had to fire off two emails, one threatening to dis them on Google before getting a response stating they had credited my account the difference. But even that was annoying as "Mike" said they had notified me of this several days ago, and that was either a lie or it was sent to the wrong email as I didn't get it. They never respond to phone calls even though they provide a number.
Honestly, I read reviews before I purchase anything from an online company. The reviews for Better than Pants are average at best but their inventory of shirts is awesome. So hey, I took a leap of faith. Well let me tell you, the website was easy to navigate, I ordered 4 shirts picking my size and color, and even was able to use a coupon code. I paid via PayPal which is convenient and I needed them quickly so I was able to choose a priority shipping option for an additional cost. I ordered Wednesday, got confirmation on Wednesday that they received my order and then received an email that they shipped Thursday with a tracking #. It's Saturday and they arrived. This is the type of service you can only hope to receive when ordering online. My hope is that the shirts hold up to normal wear and tear which remains to be seen but as of now I'm a 5 star satisfied client.
Ordered two shirts for birthday presents two weeks before a friend's birthday. Received an order number and information stating the shirts should ship "in one to two business days". Birthday has come and gone and still haven't heard anything from the company. I've sent multiple emails asking about the order and have received no response.
Be careful after ordering thinking that you're going to be sent a tracking number or anything about your order the only thing you'll get is that you sent them the money on your order and you will not be able to contact them nor get a hold of them I rate this company as not good at all!...
Ordered shirts on Aug. 5th. Got an email confirming the received my order & MY MONEY... skip to Sept. 3rd... still nothing... no items. I checked the tracking and it still says they are processing my order. They have been doing this since Aug. 5th... No one responds to the 3 emails I sent or the live chat option they have but no one answers. I think I just got robbed! Stay far away from these type of companies...
Really funny t shirts online on a variety of subjects. I ordered some from there recently that specifies my attitude on things to a T. I'd like to order a few more on the site when I have the money to. Go there, you'll be glad you did. I spent lots of time searching through the site, plenty to look through.
After not receiving my order, two shirts, for a vacation in Vegas. I started to email and call Better Than Pants customer service. Never received a call back or response. Well my vacation started and no shirts! Poor customer service. Will find a better company to purchase my shirts from now on.
Order a shirt and no shirt no response got PayPal involved maybe I will get my money back. Please don't get sucker in and buy a shirt form theses con artists.
Not only was the material quality cheap, but when my order arrived, the packing slip was correct, the shirt was not. I completely different shirt was packaged and shipped. I've sent multiple emails and calls that have gone unanswered and unacknowledged. At this point, this company has taken my money and is completely unremorseful about it!

This was possibly one of the worst transactions I've ever been a part of. The shipping was horrible, so much so that I didn't think I was going to receive the shirt. I actually had to open up a dispute with PayPal. Shortly after that I received and email with shipping info. It was a little over 2 months it took them to ship. Once I received the shirt, I was terribly disappointed with it. The pictures on the shirt was so blurry you could bearly make out what it was. I immediately sent an email to the company to let them know about my dissatisfaction and to send me a return label and I will send it back for a full refund. Guess what, haven't heard from them! Do not do business with this company, stay away!
