Is Better Than Pants a scam or a legit company?

I did receive a shirt from this company, but it took for ever to get it and the quality was horrible! So they may be a legit company, but definitely not a good one.

Seems to be a scam at this point. Billed my credit card, but nothing has shipped and I can't get a response to any emails I send them.
