I am very pleased with the improvement I have observed in my daughter's speech. Her therapist has been extremely helpful, and she has made every session enjoyable and convenient for my child. She's very professional, patient, and definitely knows what she's doing. I love seeing my daughter get so excited during each session. This therapy has been extremely beneficial for her. Highly recommended!

I love the therapist that's assigned to my son. She provided the tools and resources that really helped my child improved her speech in each session which made us all happy. Johanna worked seamlessly from day one until my child graduated! Thank you Better Speech!

Our experience with Better Speech is outstanding. My son loves her therapist from the very beginning. His therapist just knows how to keep my son on the screen while doing therapy and is participative with the activities that helps improves his speech. Thank you Better Speech!

They sent me an email on Dec 19th that someone will call me in 2 days. No one called me for 2 weeks. I initiated the first session and no one showed up. They only took my money.

Terrible! My son only had speech for 3 times then I had to pause because of schedule conflicts. The therapist told me I won't be charged until service resumes. I also contacted Better speech to cancel my service. 5 months later when I checked my account, I got charged for 6 times, I contacted them and SHELLEY from Better Speech said they can't do anything after 3 months. What a ripoff! Don't do business, speech service itself was very good but my mistake was trusting the therapist and customer service. I attached the photos showing 3 days my son had service and 6 times I got charged. Even though I showed them proof, they still didn't reimburse. Stay away from Better Speech!

Erica helped my son out so much. She was always kind to him and made him feel comfortable while also encouraging him to learn. She worked well with our hours as well. She is a great help!

A lot of trouble with overcharges and no help. Avoid them. No customer support. Was told the overcharges were a mistake but they never refunded anything.

SCAM ALERT! They have stolen over $230 from me and charging me after cancelling! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I only had 1 therapy session but was charged for 5 weeks because I couldn't cancel my subscription. Customer support will purposely ignore your calls/emails. Website purposely misleads you into thinking you're paying per session when in reality you're being charged weekly.

They make you fill out a form if you want to cancel your subscription, causing further inconvenience.

Be prepared to pay an additional week or two then you sign up for because they will purposely wait a few days before stopping your subscription.

I can't access any materials that I just subscribed to- the system cannot "confirm my email", and I need to contact support- but the email address for their "support" doesn't exist: mt email bounced immediately.

Very shady, I'm trying to get my $$ back right now. And I'm especially angry because we *needed* that practice library.

Was charged the $67 for a 30-minute session for my son. First time with this company. Sat there for 45 minutes waiting for the therapist who NEVER SHOWED UP. What a waste of my time. Hopeful but not optimistic that I will get my money back. WASTE OF TIME.

I just had a free consultation and they charged me for 6 month for session which we never received. They dont pick phone, and they had only one phone number to reach out.
They are fraud, never trust them.

Ms. Lynda from Better Speech is absolutely amazing. Adam struggled with a lisp since he began speaking. When he started competing as a middle schooler in speech & debate, his lisp became more apparent and bothersome to him. We tried face-to-face speech therapy over the years, but the results were not encouraging. During quarantine, we came across Ms Lynda for virtual speech therapy sessions. Ms Lynda is so positive, encouraging, and effective. She quickly ascertained exactly the tools Adam needed to correct his lisp and his improvement began. In less than eight months, his lisp was non-existent. We are so grateful for Ms Lynda, and her kindness and expertise. Thank you!

We had a couple of sessions with Better Speech, and were getting charged the recurring $59.6 months after cancelling, they are trying to retroactively bill me for sessions that never occurred. I've had to dispute charges with my credit card company and it has been impossible to get someone on the phone to resolve the billing issue. Even after the dispute went through and I got refunded - 2 months later they charged me AGAIN and i'm forced to do this whole charge dispute dance again. Save yourself the headache and avoid.

We had 10-12 sessions with a Better Speech therapist for my 10-year-old son who had a few sounds he was still struggling with. My son loved his therapist and was excited about their weekly sessions. The online/virtual approach was perfect for our busy schedule. We're so happy about the increased confidence in speech my son now has as a result of being easier understood. Highly recommended.

My nine year old son was still struggling with pronouncing certain sounds after a couple of years of speech lessons at school. Rachel was patient, positive, kind, and made the virtual sessions fun for him. He is now able to hear and correct himself if he mispronounces a word.

Please stay away from Better Speech. They are a fraud. They will cancel your appointment for no reason and charge your credit card weekly, even when they make no attempts to reach out to schedule any session.

Never link your credit card to this company. It is a total scam. They charged me twice for sessions I never reviewed. I had to call and write to get it refunded. Two month's later, another two charges posted on my credit card for sessions I never even signed up AFTER I have cancelled my subscription completely a month ago!

This is not a legitimate business.

My father who is recovering from a stroke had his first session last week and we've just booked his second. We felt like this was such a personal approach, plus it's so convenient that he can have his sessions at home without having to worry about being exposed to covid.
