I had a 30 minute consult on Friday and the pathologist does not take patients at this time. I am asking for a refund of $59. Thank you.

Hi Loretta! Please email us at info@betterspeech.com and we'd be happy to resolve this for you. Our consultations are FREE, however the $59 charge is the price of a session. I apologize that your therapist was not able to find availability in her schedule for you. We'd be happy to match you with someone who better suites your schedule! Look forward to hearing from you.
