I was looking at the horses running at Limerick today and saw Bet365 were offering odds of 831/1 on a horse in the 2.35 so I put £5 to win on it. The bet was accepted and I stood to win £4,070 if the horse won which it duly did. Bet365 sent me a message 20 minutes after the race to say the odds were wrong on the bet and were only going to pay me odds of 10/11.
As far as I'm concerned by accepting the bet they entered into a contract with me which they are now reneging on. I am challenging them but wanted to put this out if anybody else has suffered also.

They have scammed hundreds of pounds out of my bank which I did not authorise. I had to go to my bank to retrieve the money and they are still disputing it. STAY AWAY!

IF you play in bet365 you will only LOSE MONEY. THE WINNING RATE IS LESS THAN 5%. I tried so many games and i never won. I played 200 spins and wasn't even a spin wining more than twice of the bet. If you bet 1 € you will win 0.10€. And they call this wining hand for you. I tried playing paper rock scissors and for 8 hands that i played only had 2 drawn. I playd. Wheyn you play HIGHER FLYER the plane will fly away for less than 2x 95% of the times, BUT WHEN YOU ARE WATCHING WILL GO TO 200X AND 300X. CLEARLY THEY CHEATING. Bet365 are complete crooks. Each and every bet I have put in on several different sporting events, Bet365 offer near 50% less as a PayOut option, even though my team will be in a winning position. Most often they will reduce the payout to almost 80% of the bet, within seconds. I will never use this App again and recommend that No One ever use BET365. Complete thieves!

I wonder why the betting commission hasn't taken action against bet365

Do not play any casino games. They are clearly rigged and you will lost your $. This is me having bad luck, this is reading hundreds of upset players remarks in game chats, and witnessing why they are upset. Near wins, but no actual win. Constantly, over and over again. This site must be avoided. You can find better options elsewhere. This is your warning.

This gaming organization takes your deposits & your bets. But when you try to withdraw money they tell you that you're not fully verified. So, why do they accept your deposits & bets if you're not fully verified?
*I think they're a bunch of crooks running this outfit.
*It should also be noted that you can't close your account. When you try to, one of the options is 'indefinitely'. But there is no 'permanently' option. So, you can't actually close an account permanently once you've opened it & your personal information will always be there.

I opened an account with Bet 365 to bet on Cheltham races only. Initially I deposited £30 then another £20. After day one I won £78 and requested £50 returned back to my account. I was given £25 bonus which was made clear that the bonus cannot be withdrawn. I used my bonus on day 2 but did not win much. My account was then frozen as I could not make any more bets. There followed a series of correspondence asking or my details which I provided before opening my account at one point they asked for my bank details which raised red flags immediately. I refused this and was surprised when they backed down, then followed more requests for drivers license, ID etc which I kept providing. I know that amount is small but I've taken the matter to the gambling commission. All I want is my £50 back they can keep the rest.

I created an account yesterday to bet on F1 this weekend, deposit and bet £10 then received an email this morning stating the account has been closed "due to the nature of my business". I can only assume by this they mean betting on a betting site. Contacted customer support as assumed it was a mistake and was informed that the account has been closed as a decision by their "commercial department" and they are refusing to give me my deposit back saying I will have to contact them again through support to claim if I win and will lose the money otherwise. I'm sorry but if I place a bet and you close my account with no reason, having broken no rules or violated any ToS, then you cancel the bet and refund the money. Absolute joke of a company, I assume they will only keep your account open if you're guaranteed to lose your money - avoid doing business with this company at all costs to save yourself money and hassle

I used this site for a bit, had a few issues. Customer service sucks and when tried to take my money out I keep being told my my password or name isn't recognized. I changed my password, it's correct. I just want my money back but am going to give up. These guys can keep what's left. Never using this site again.
What a scam.

Experience with B365 ~10 years. Last 12 months felt like they tried to be my bank manager. Wanted salary, financials, and their KYC process also wanted my passport number. Locked me out when I refused. Not sure who they think they are! I'll miss some of their betting products but not their over-controlling

So bet365 is an absolute scam, I won £10, then won a further £20, and within seconds, the money disappeared and only left with £7. I was advised by Ali P that I would hear back once they had looked into it within 24 hours. Tonight I asked what was going on and spoke to Sammy M who advised me that the review had been looked at and that they will not refund me any money, unless I accept responsibility, in which i declined as i was not at fault. So I'm down £20. After questioning and asking for a refund, they would not refund me and closed the conversation! I don't play on it very often and when I did, they took my money and won't refund me. Customer services are awful and really need to be looked into as they must be scamming so many people. Please be aware before signing up to bet 365, as the customer services are shocking. I have evidence that I have been scammed by bet365

Withdrew $1,000.00. Money never has been received. They give you the run around that I need to speak to my bank….i need to wait 5 days……they are liars!

I have been a victim of this scam and lost up to $305k. All my life i've always been looking for ways to invest and save money, so as to retire early.
