So, I used to use this company. This is the 3rd time my order has been cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Yet my debit card is on hold. I called to see if they could call the manufacturer (they did the first time) to get a different color. The woman (who is also the supervisor) said no, I had to reorder. How am I supposed to do that with that hold on my card? The past two times they have advertised items they are out of yet say they update their website daily. I've found the exact same wigs now on wigoutlet.com for so much cheaper and faster delivery. As a terminal cancer patient, I don't need this. I definitely don't need the rude responses. They didn't even offer an apology. Stay away. Other companies sell the same wigs for much less and faster.

I've been satisfied in the past with this company but this time what I got was not what I ordered. I had ordered a monofilament wig. It was the color I expected but it had no style and just laid flat. The fit appeared to be very tight.

I have ordered lots of wigs from BestWigOutlet. Always happy with what I order. They always are happy to credit a return. Different companies have different quality wigs. I find a wig local. Pay twice the price, then order more from BestWigOutlet. Love them.

I just purchase a unit for $90.00. When you click on your desired color it will allow you to but guess what... if the color is not in stock there system will switch your selection to another color. And yes they will sent you the product but its not what you want and they will not honor that request. So please check with BBB before you use any online wig site. Im very disappointed with the service. And to add insult to injury the lady on the phone name Alicia was very aloof about my issue didn't care at all. Please beware! Latasha is my name unhappy customer!

I am so upset with this company to make a long story short if you exchange a wig, you have to pay full price and it is not returnable. So I have a wig that I think is a second and I had to pay and additional 134.95 to a wigs that was expensive to start with. The exchanged wig had the lace not trimmed, the teasing way out of control, and the color was not the color that I have ordered several times before, "no returns on exchanges" excuse me? It is defective.

Purchased Jones from Best Wig Outlet, they unequivocally say it's never been owned and that it passed inspection.

The bangs are hacked off--and, they say they "inspected it."

Dealing w/big corporate swag, not the first time as per above.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BEST WIG OUTLET AGAIN!

I saw a gorgeous Platinum and Black wig that would be perfect for my cosplay outfit ordered it 59.00 later. It arrives. I set the box aside as I have long hours of work. 1 1/2 weeks later open box as it is close to my event. The wig I got is yellow blond with NO black! I call online chat... LILY says no exchange no refunds. I tell her when I ordered I assumed I ordered the Platinum/black and tried again to order it and there was no where to click for the platinum item color. She then informs me that I couldn't order that color as it was an example color and they do not have stock in it! WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT! They show this color on the website. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I am beyond pissed at this point!

I ordered six wigs and all of them are cheap looking and very thin, I ordered a plum color and they sent Red, I ordered a 1b/30 and they sent me a light brown wig... I will never order anything else from them ever... they are a rip off. Think I will contact BBB and crush them on social media, I have the nerve to say no returns, I paid 224.00 for that garbage.

About 4 months later the items with the 3 hair products were returned to my address. The return address in China did not exist. They had me pay a shipping cost to an address that they knew did not exist. SCAM. Please do not order from this company. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

Ordered 3 long wigs from this company which was suppose to arrive in 1 week. A month later I received 2 short wigs, 1 was blonde, 1 black and a bag of braid hair which I never ordered. The company is located in China and pretends that it is an the U.S. I complained to paypal and they requested a refund in which the company offered half. I refused so they requested a return of wigs which cost $38 to a China address. Paypal gave me a $30 credit so I only loss $8 which I didn't mind as long as that phoney scamming company didn't get my money. This company may not even be real, why did the return go to a address in China? PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
My package was delivered to the wrong address. When I called and spoke with the so called supervisor Alicia she told me they were very busy and she just got in the office. No regard for the customers. Once they take your money they don't care what happens! I STILL haven't received a call back about my order. So I'm supposed to just take a loss!

I ordered a Sweet Talk from them and thought I was getting a rooted wig. They sent me a different color than what I had seen ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND ON VIDEOS! I called them to request an exchange because the color was wrong, and they said that I would have to pay almost $50 restock fee plus shipping just to exchange. I will NEVER order from them again. Rip off!

I purchased a wig from this company for the 1st time and when I received the item and opened the Box, took out the wig and knew immediately that the color was not suitable for me and basically put the wig back in the Box and sent it back to the company for a refund. I knew I would be charged a 15% restocking fee and I had to pay to ship it back which is standard practice among wig companies. However the day they received my return I got an email from the company telling me that they have strict policies on returning wigs and that the wig I had ordered was inspected thoroughly when it was shipped to me. They said it is obvious I have applied heat to this wig and the texture has been changed and therefore I am only going to receive half of the original price that I paid. I was so shocked I think steam was coming out of my ears. The gall to be accused of such action when my handling of this wig was merely taking it out of the Box and putting it back in the same Box. They said I could accept half price for the refund or they will return it to me at no cost. Please listen to me and the other people who left reviews here. I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order and I would have saved myself a lot of money. This company is a scam and very deceitful and dishonest people who are running this company. There are too many other honest and trustworthy companies to order from. Sir please stay away from this company and do not do any business with them ever!

Purchased expensive wig in good faith. Rec'd on a Friday and opened and realized it was either a return item or tampered with. Contacted them immediately to return this. Was told I had 3 days to return, considering this was late Friday it meant they wanted a return shipping by Sunday (impossible as carriers are closed). Then was given all the fees (not readily shown on their site) for sending back. First the Free shipping was now something I had to pay for, then they add on a 15% re-stocking fee and to add to this I not only had to pay for the return shipping but I had to get the label on my own. They won't send any label (even if I am paying for it). Having just had lung cancer surgery, I was not able to drive. My husband had come down with viral bronchitis so he was the only one that could do this; but not in his present condition. No other wig company gives you only 3 days, the average return policy is 30 days. Other companies state clearly what the return policy is; but not Best Wig. I was told it would be around $30.00 for restocking (regardless of the condition the wig was received) and whatever the Free Ship was now going to cost me plus the $25.71 I had to pay to ship it back, as they are in Anaheim, CA and that makes the shipping costs high. They are a middleman for other wig companies; so they are making a fortune off customers that aren't receiving the items they ordered. I find it odd that a site like this would even have any positive reviews, as those reviews are generally just on the companies site. So I wouldn't trust any positive reviews here, as this is not the platform to leave them.

Best wig outlets customer service is terrible. They sent me the wrong two items totally $500 and would allow a return or exchange for their mistake. I will not be purchasing from here again ever.
