I bought the Textured Pixie | Synthetic Wig by TressAllure from Best Wig Outlet and it was of the poorest quality. The reason I bought this particular wig was because it showed a video with a model arranging it every which way and it looked great! Looked easy to manage. Unfortunately, the wig I was sent was nothing like what was shown in the video. The wig had hair going pretty much straight down into my eyes and even when I tried to arrange it to the side, it kept falling down into my eyes. At first, I thought I could work with it, but nothing I did helped.
Sent a message to Big Wig Outlet and they said I could return it and get a refund minus $10 - $20 for the late fee since I did not return it within 5 days. I did not have the original packaging or hair net they sent with it so I returned it in another similar envelope to what they originally sent it in. Paid $92.65 for the wig and the amount I got back was $55.29. That's $44.36 they kept. When I sent another message to Best Wig Outlet, they said I did not return it in the original packaging so they deducted $10 for that, $10 for late fee, and $12.41 for restocking fee. Don't know why the additional $5.41 was kept but they sure made a profit off a product they sold that wasn't as easy to manage as was advertised.
I understand having to pay a small restocking fee to return an item, but it seems they capitalize on every excuse possible to keep as much as they can. Won't be doing business with this company ever again nor will I recommend to friends.
God I wished I read the reviews here I would Not have bought anything from this site. I spent $120 on 3 wigs through their site for the first time, I thought they were selling good quality products but No they are not. When I received the wigs it was a joke. Hair was falling out, I couldn't use a wig brush to brush the wigs after wearing it, lot of hair from the wigs was falling down on my bathroom floor. I even used my fingers to brush and a bunch of hair will remain on my hands. When you just touch the wig you will have hair falling on your hands, this is how poor quality those wigs are. I called them to report it and the lady from customer service was nasty to me and told me point blank that they would not accept any return or exchange or refund. I already knew that they do not accept return or exchange but I trusted at least the products to be in good quality but that was not the case at all. I should have ordered one wig to test their products first since it was my first time ordering from their site but I learnt my mistake, it won't happen again. Stay away from this company. I lost $120 for 3 junks. Be aware! Poor quality wigs, poor quality products. It's best to go to your local wigs store, at least you can test the quality before buying. This company is a scam100%.
Business must be bad if they have to STEAL the small discount back on exchanges. Those wigs cost almost NOTHING. NOT BUYING FROM THEM ANY MORE. 0000 "ZERO STARS - THEY ARE WORSE THAN BAD"

The wigs arrived in an acceptable time frame & I have enjoyed both wigs. No problem with the size, color or length.
Although the style of the wig is cute, I had to return it, due to the color not working for me. :( I understand the polices in regards to returns and exchanges. I initially asked for an exchange and received a phone call saying they needed an additional $29.95 to send a replacement... although the REPLACEMENT costs LESS than the original wig I had paid for. I listened to that message and decided, "NO WAY!"
I have read many reviews about the scam this company does IF you need to send back, replace, etc. I took a chance and they proved the reviews to be 100% correct.
So, since hearing their voicemail... I cancelled the replacement, and asked to be refunded. I know about the shipping not being returned and accept that and then paid just shy of $11 to send the unit back. I then get an email showing the amount that is being refunded. Well, that amount is FAR less than it should be. The email has ZERO explanation of where they come up with this amount. Nothing. I send an email and they come back saying there was an attachment on the email explaining the fees. Well, no there was not. I then find out that they are charging me a $25 restocking fee and an additional $20 due to "odor". Um, if there is an "odor"... its not from me. I opened the box, saw the color and closed the box. It went right back into the box THEY used to send it to me. They will pick and choose how much to charge you... and lie about why.
They got the 24.95 off me... plus the additional 20. Now, I'm out $45... and THEY have the wig to resell.
SCAM. SCAM SCAM.
There are so many companies to purchase wigs from. PLEASE do not buy from this one. PLEASE. If you expect, at MINIMUM, reasonable customer service, you will be disappointed. They want your $, not your actual business.
I'm going to post a review on EVERY SINGLE site I can find. This company must sit back and HOPE that you need to replace or return. They make $ time after time... with just ONE unit.

I PURCHASED A WIG IN APRIL 2019, WHEN I RECEIVED THE WIG THE COLOR WAS WRONG, i CALLED THEM AND SPOKE TO THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON NAMED ALICIA,( SHE MUST OWN STOCK COMPANY OR ELSE SHE WOULD HAVE FIRED BY NOW) i FOLLOWED HER RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. AFTER A FEW DAYS OF THEM RECEIVING THE WIG BACK, I RECEIVED AND EMAIL STATING THAT THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND BECAUSE THE WIG SMELLED LIKE I WORE IT FOR 2 DAYS, WHICH IS UNTRUE, i EXPLAINED THAT WASN'T POSSIBLE AS THE TAGS WERE STILL ATTACHED. SHE TOLD ME MY ONLY OPTIONS WERE TO DONATE THE WIG TO THEM OR THEY WOULD RETURN IT. AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS AND GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND READING REVIEWS SUBMITTED TO THEM, THIS SEEMS TO BE A RECURING SCAM WITH THEM IN REGARDS TO NOT HAVING TO REFUND MONEY TO CUSTOMERS.
