It is difficult to arrange to directly sign for the vacuum. We were in the process of moving and weren't at either address for a complete day. It can't be left unless someone physically available to sign for it. This is problematic for people who work, volunteer or have a life other than staying at home. Other than that, my experience was good.

Based on what I knew about the vacuum and what Tom had to say, who was very helpful and patient in answering my questions, I decide to buy this vacuum and another $150+/- worth of accessories.
