After using a central vac system in a 3,000sq ft tiled home for the last 20 years, I needed a vac to maintain 1,500sq ft of hardwood floors in my downsized life. Best Vacuum made the process of researching and comparing vacuum models and brands convenient. Shipping was free and at my door (across country) within a couple of days.

It was fast service and complete! I liked that they have my parts that I needed!

I appreciated my credit card company flagging-this purchase (this kind of amount $$$ is unusual for me)... and I was SO impressed with how quickly my vacuum came (yup -24 hours!)... The website was very easy to navigate... tracking the shipment was wonderful... and after spending so much money, I am very hopeful that this vacuum will last as long as my Electrolux Epic (over 20 years).

I have had one of these vacs before in UK. Best vac I have ever used. Quick and easy to order and delivered the next day. I would recommend this vac to anyone. Not sure why they are so expensive in USA, not as expensive in Europe. But having said that, it is worth every penny and will last years.
