I placed an order for two table cloths on 23rd April. The package was due to arrive 9th May. It didn't arrive. The package got as far as San Francisco but must have got lost or held in port or something. A new order was done on 15th May. I have not received any more details about the reorder, it is not showing on my account when I look it up online, I have not been notified of the shipping number and the reordered package has not arrived yet. I have tried communicating through the online ticket and issue resolution process without any response. I will never order from here again and I would like a full refund asap so I can order these from another supplier.

Excellent Senior Night Custom Banners

We have used Best of Signs for multiple sports senior nights and have had nothing but the best experience. The help they give, the quality of the finished signs, and the quick turnaround to get the signs has been fantastic. Everyone that sees these banners are amazed at the quality and size. I will continue to recommend that our organization use Best of Signs.

I paid for overnight shipping and was promised delivery by today. (May 15)
Yesterday after 13h in communication with the company I as told delivery would be by tomorrow eod.
After contacting them again now, I was told the same thing. After insisting I needed guarantees, I was told product will not be delivered.
This made me have to rush and find a local
Printing company and this made me lose 3x the money I was going to make.

How could it be possible to take over 30 days to receive a small banner, and I still have not received it. When you call in it's impossible to understand the person, and again no communication. When I message them from their sight, I not received one return message after several times of contacting them.

Communication needs work

I received a proof of my table runner--which was not attached to the email. I emailed back immediately telling them so and heard nothing. I emailed again three more times and have heard nothing back (I even reached out to different email addresses). Today, I will call the 800 number and will hopefully get some help, but it's been 15 days since I placed my order and time is getting close for when I need it. I would suggest Best of Signs improve their customer communication in a big way.

Fantastic company

I sent in a picture for a banner I wanted for my son's firework tent. The team did amazing on communication, touching up and making sure the graphics were clear. I am extremely pleased with both my orders and how this company is. The final product didn't take long to finish or arrive at my doorstep. Terrible experience

Terrible worst experience and never received three of my products after paying for expedited shipping and placing my order a month in advance. I was on the phone with customer service for hours on end and Engaged with their chat multiple times it was very frustrating to work with them.

Repeat Customer

I have ordered a table top runner from these people before and been very pleased with the result. The previous runner was a very simple design where I chose a background color and inserted a logo, so it was easy to get the design right. This time, I am trying to combine a picture and a few words. This one has become far too difficult. I don't know if they are trying to use Automated Stupidity or people who don't understand English, but I am having a difficult time communicating with their design people. You really need a final design to use these people.

Do not order if you have a deadline

Products are good quality, but are rarely on time. Customer service is incredibly difficult to work with to resolve any issue. You have to ask to escalate to a superior multiple times to have any hope of getting more help than what you can find on the website yourself.

Shipping not acceptable, owner

The product was great! I ordered 2 - 3 day shipping. My order showed up 7 days later. I missed the date of the event. So the flags were date with this years event and location. Thus the flags are useless. Im current trying to use Best of signs again for the next 2 events this summer and so banners. I was offered 1/2 price on next order. That not going to work.

Your Items WILL ARRIVE LATE

Each time I've ordered from Best of Signs, I have never gotten a package on time. On my most recent (and last) order, I purchased express shipping to get the items by Tuesday, I received them the following Monday. All they did was give me a refund of the shipping and they didn't seem to care. The agent I spoke to someone would contact me and no one did.

Awful customer service

The sign that was shipped to me was fine---it was as ordered. But I had a simple request to be tax exempt. Got the run-around forever. Slow to respond. "Answers" that only pointed the blame to a different department that was unreachable to me. Very poor experience.

The letters and quality are great. However, the stencil I paid extra for was inaccurate. It looked like someone just marked random holes for the drilling locations for the letters. I had to spend much time aligning and getting letters straight.
