I love everything about the process and the service thus far but I hate being told you get free shipping and then at check out there is a hidden fee from the shipping affiliate. Please give people a transparent experience.
The designers worked hard with me to make sure the images were top notch. I am so happy with the printing and the customer service through the design process. The cutting and perforation is not good. The boxes are incredibly difficult to fold and the tabs and slots don't fit. The panel is too short to reach the slot. I have lots of box folding experience so I am confident this is a manufacturer issue.
Tried repeatedly to get help uploading my logo. ZERO reply! As of today - haven't even received the flag. Thank you for asking me to review so I could have another opportunity to contact you only for it to probably fall on deaf ears. H O R R I B L E

The moment I complained for the new delivery date I was slapped with the small print, indicating the on time delivery rate is 89% (!). Even though I paid $40 for expedited shipping. Not a refund. Bad service. And BTW, they ship from India. So weight that in the next order for delivery times. That is not transparent either on their website, as they pose as a US-based business. Next time, I'd not "save" money and go to a shop to get it printed.

The Proof approval landed in my Spam box and I didn't reply. (That's on me).
Best-of-Signs set my order aside and waited for me to call them I guess.
I called them, sent revised artwork, and was informed I would receive another Proof in 24-48 hours. It's been fours days and have received nothing yet. And have been monitoring Spam and Trash to ensure I don't miss it again.
Now I'm wondering if I need to call them again?

I ordered several table skirts for my reps attending trade shows. They were promised to be delivered quickly. It never happened. I got emails from them saying they needed the delivery address. I had sent it initially and repeated it in a return email. A week later FEDEX told me they couldn't deliver the shipment because it had an incomplete address. I was told only the shipper could correct it. I contacted Best of Signs and they apologized. I gave them the corrected address and still have no product.
But, I get emails offering sales discounts almost every day. Deliver the Goods!

I ordered the second week of March. My package was supposed to arrive on Friday, March 28. It was then updated to April 3, Today is Aprili 4 and still no package. This cost me $1,000 in sponsorship money as these were signs sponsors paid for to be hung at a tournament on March 29. So now my team lost $1,000, the cost of the banners we paid, plus future sponsors.

You guys are my "Go-To" banner company!
I keep trying to give this organization more tries because of their reasonable price but every single time I have issues. I have had them re-create designs due to "low quality" that every other printer has used with no issues and had misspellings. I have had re-designs take so long I had to cancel my order and find a local printer who could do so on my timeline because I didn't hear back by the promised deadline (twice), and I most recently tried to approve my order with the low resolution images I provided and it took my 3 times approving it before they finally accepted it. This again delayed my project by two plus weeks. Not happy and can no longer give them my business despite their competitive price.
