There was a lack of communication when we placed the order. We talked to many people at Best of Signs, and it was very confusing. The colors and graphics were absolutely perfect. The fabric seemed thinner and more flimsy than the previous banners we ordered. We were disappointed that there was no pocket for the pole to go thru at the top with which to hang the banners. We turned the tops down and sewed it as best we could to make pockets on the top of all four banners.
Other than the mockup not displaying correctly, everything was fast and painless with great pricing. One of the artists contacted me and clarified what I wanted and did a great job providing a print proof to approve.

The result was a beautiful piece of work. It took a bit to get to the final design however as I don't think the designers were readying/understanding the directions, but we got there and the result is wonderful.

If there is an issue with your order don't expect this company to make it right customer service is basically nonexistent. Will have you emailing back and forth for weeks just trying to get someone to pretend they care. Order from anywhere else and do yourself a favor. They misprinted my business logo so you can't even read the name of the business and didn't think that was an issue? On the artwork I approved the background image was transparent on the cut I got it was covering my whole logo, still fighting them to make it right.

The banners looked exactly like i wanted them to look. I ordered 250 Only problem is they were not properly packaged, and one package arrived open and smooshed and torn open. It was raining so it was wet inside.

Having been a repeat customer, I have never had issues before and was always very happy with products received. Something changed in the ordering process on the perforated window clings where you had to choose full ink or no white ink and it was very confusing. My uploaded images were also problematic in stating they were blurry. I tried to resolve the issue through the query form online, only for it to keep coming back. Then I had to call in, THAT was an absolutely horrible experience. Not once, but twice. Stating they would have a manager call me, only to never receive a call.

I was in communication with the design and production team continuously throughout the production process of my product and was consistently reassured that I would receive my banner in time for my event. After all those assurances, it arrived too late. I am highly disappointed.

I ordered and needed to cancel. I attempted to cancel immediately upon cancelling the order. Should be as simply as clicking a button, right? Wrong. It took a phone call and 3 emails to cancel. Ultimately it was cancelled, but it was a worse experience than it should have been!

Ordered now 6 tents with this company. Site does not allow me to re order, so have to resubmit the design each time. Five previous orders were all the same and fine. 6th order, the tent arrives looking different than the previous 5 designs. Front panel (which is supposed to be black) is surrounded by a white border. Company refused to correct the mistake. Lost my future business. Disappointed.

Flags I ordered were a little bit more purple than the pink Pantone color I had asked for to be used in the background. I'm very impressed and pleased that they took my order. Other companies wouldn't. My Flags look amazing because it's good quality, it's a great company and I'm glad I found them because they offer fast shipping.

Easy to order and design. Best of signs reached out prior to printing final item to make sure it looked as I wanted. The tablecloth was of much better quality than I expected. It will last for our historical society for years and we now have a professional, noticeable table at our events. I thought there would be a seam in the cloth since I didn't pay extra for seamless but there wasn't. Possibly since our print was a simple 2 color they threw in the seamless version at no cost? Not sure but am very pleased with the results.
