Not what expected. Paid for expedited shipping. Did not received until week after estimated ship date, beyond first day of school. Hard to communicate on the phone with the company. False hope given on phone and on website when ordering. Refused to refund expedited shipping fee.

Not a single item from my order was delivered. I selected expedited shipping and despite the company not being able to make the deadline I said I needed items by they still printed the order anyways instead of telling me first they would not meet the deadline. So the event I ordered this for came and went but what's worse is I still never received any of the items from this order. They were never shipped and I was never refunded.

I created the order paid for express shipping and service. Received a phone call from the company confirming my order so they can expedite the production and the shipping. Have never received any tracking for the order and the arrival date is past due. Extremely dissatisfied with this company. Do not use them. You've been warned.

Took 5 phones calls. Everyone lied several times. 1st person told me everything was delivered. We got disconnected and she never called back. 2nd person said they were all in the state they were going to be delivered in and that was a lie as one was two states away and mention. 3rd person said a refund person would call me, never did, 4th person said a refund person would call me, never did. 5th person I made them stay on the call until I talked to a manager. I had to fight to stay on the phone and not give up. It takes a strong willed person to get a refund if something goes wrong. Good luck.
