Item still hasn't been delivered. No updates unless I call. Was ordered September 18 with rush delivery was supposed to be here the 20th.Still isn't here (October 10)- apparently there was a malfunction with the machine that makes tablecloths... They were "kind" and allowed me my overnight charges back...but I still don't have the item. And no tracking information either. Will NEVER do business with this company again. They cost me a $20,000 a year client, and didn't do a thing to make it right, except give me my overnight shipping up-charge back. Unprofessional all around.

Site is a little difficult to navigate. When you change one thing on an order, everything else reverts back to defaults (size, colors etc). Chat is extremely long winded to find a simple answer to a simple question. Telephone does not ever get answered and/or hangs up.
