Mother's Day Gift

I was unable to visit my mom this Mother's Day due to work schedule. I was very pleased with the quickness and the variety Shari Berries offers. Once I sent it, it was delivered on Mother's Day at a reasonable time. And not only did the delivery man graciously greeted my family and wished my mom a happy mother's day with the gifts and the card from me, but also had a treat for my dogs since he heard them barking. My family enjoyed every little sweet treat and I am so happy to have been able to give something to my mom while I wasn't able to visit her on this holiday. Thank you and I look forward to ordering from here again!

Shari's Disaster

I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Paid extra for Sunday delivery and product never showed up. First customer service rep was clearly in a foreign country and said to ignore the tracking and that the product would be delivered on time. That was 5 hours ago. New rep apologized and stated the delivery would be on Monday. They refunded the standard and "guaranteed" Sunday delivery fees. Never again, Shari!

Bought them a couple yrs ago and they were great, but just got a picture of the ones I sent my Mom and they were pitiful. One berry was ok the rest were crap looking, you won't have the market covered any longer Sharie. I might give you one more chance then it's no more.

So sad - the berries are small and not dipped the same:-( I ordered my mom some for mothers day and she sent me a picture - I was so disappointment for how much money I spent. Not like the picture at all. I have gotten them a few years ago and they were amazing. So sad.

Ordered a week ahead of Mother's Day. Was expecting a morning delivery with a $20 delivery charge but it's now 1 o'clock and was told by an operator it will be here by the end of the day. Thanks we now need to wait around for an order or have a melted mess to come home to. Way to be such a great business of professionals who are all about customer service. If anyone at your company wants to talk send me an email *******@yahoo.com. Pretty sure no reply will come. Completely dissatisfied customer!

Spent a lot of money for my mother that lives 1000 miles away. I received a confirmation that it was delivered as planned. When I called to see how she liked her gift my mother said that nothing arrived. I was livid. I spoke to an outsourced customer service rep who I could hardly understand. Yes the refunded my money immediately but now my mother has no mother's day gift. I will NEVER order from here again.

MY BROTHER SENT ME SHARI, S bERRIES FOR MOTHERS DAY AND FOUR COOKIES THE BERRIES WERE TERRIBLE AND THE FOUR COOKIES WERE SO HARD YOU COULD NOT EVEN TAKE A BITE OUT OF THEM. MAYBE SHARIS BERRIES BETTER TAKE TIME TO LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. ONCE YOU GET A BAD REPUTATION YOU DONT GET THE BUSINESS BACK TO EASY IF EVER

Mothersday 2017. Delivery for my wife not here at of 10am. Call to the OFFSHORE Service Center ensured I got crappy service and no help. Off course I couldnt know this because I have no idea what the Rep was saying.

I got a refund and was told the order was in route and would be here by 10:30am. However with the assistance of Fedex the Clown, it didnt arrive until 1pm,

Of course the delivery coward left it in the sun by the garage and slinked away. Door was open, people here but no knock no doorbell. But hey thats how delivery clowns work.

No Sharis Berries and no Fedex- ever. Bad service and they could care less. Just give your wife or mom a big hug and set $50 on fire. Youre further ahead then dealing with sharis berries and fedex.

Worst thing ever

I got my mother some chocolate covered strawberries for mothers and and we took a bite and had to spit it out they were so gross the strawberries left an awful taste in our mouths I spent $60 for 6 berries I cannot eat

I don't even have the words for how mad I am. I feel like someone just stole from me!
Just read all of the bad reviews and believe every single word.

They hide the shipping charges...

5/12/2017 - The order allegedly arrived at my wife's work at 4:30. She had already left work by 1:30... she never got her berries.

Customer service was an absolute nightmare. The woman that I "spoke" with could not repeat my order number back to me. After many, many, many tries, I asked to speak to a supervisor or another rep and was completely ignored and eventually disconnected.

Failed to deliver Mother's Day order. Was supposed to be delivered on 5/13/2017. Live faraway and Mom is homebound. Called the company and spoke with Shane and he said order would be delayed 3 days. Told him to cancel order immediately and asked for a cancellation #. Said I would get an e-mail of the cancellation within 15 minutes. Now next day and still haven't received confirmation of the cancellation and have sent them 3 e-mails. After searching through my e-mail, realized that they sent a notice from a different e-mail, not Shari's Berries, after business hours that my delivery would be delayed another 3 days. I will not do business with this company again. Very poor customer service.

Ordered the day before Mother's Day, 6 strawberries for 19.99, used pay pal for payment, showed me my order with shipment addresses, no total! Mom lives in another state, is lonely and depressed, would have been a nice pick me up! Order did not show shipping price is 14.99 and guaranteed next day delivery charge of 19.99! Instead a survey add popped up and when I chose to not take it a new screen poped up with the survey and my order finalization screen disappeared. Order was confirmed and email sent showing me a total of $55! I called immediately and got a foreign person who would not cancel the order!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! I spent my whole day trying to get this cancelled and I finally did BUT... I have a hold of $55 in my account for 28 days, what! 28 days BS

My husband bought me six chocolate strawberries for Mother's Day 2017. They did arrival in time and it was packed very nice. But when I open them they did look pretty but they was so SMALL and they was NOT EVEN SWEET... My husband paid $19.99 plus $14.99 for shipping then ANOTHER $3.99 for another shipping plus tax. For 6 chocolate strawberries my husband paid $48.05. NEVER AGAIN... But my husband will do anything to put a smile on his wife face, my sweet husband...

Ordered one dozen for my mom and one dozen for my girlfriends mom. Price after 15% discount $66 price after shipping $107. For 24 strawberries! I won't lie I'm an idiot for even finishing the order, but then I opened one package and the "ice pack" was broken and a bunch of gel was all over the box saturating it all the way through. 4 of the 12 berries in that pack the chocolate was crumbled around it. When you spend $107 on strawberries you assume they are going to be the best tasting most beautiful strawberries you have ever seen and tasted in your life... not even close! Even the ones that were not damged tasted like S*!+ MS. Sherri fool me once shame on you... NEVER EVER AGAIN IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME I HAVE ON THIS EARTH WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. This company is garbage, a scam really. Taking advantage of sons and daughters trying to buy something special for their mothers on mothers day. Over promising and under delivering. PITIFUL! Usually when I have bad experiences with places I don't take the time to review products because it never really is THAT bad, but this was catastrophic... $107 for absolute $#*! (excuse my french) f#&$ing strawberries

Seriously they only have one guy with a very heavy accent. Made me spell out our email and do it over and over... kept telling the guy we couldn't understand him and he kept on asking us the same thing over and over... seriously frustrated and will NOT order again! I can't even believe this company has the nerve to send out such inedible fruits! My daughter sent me chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day and I was so excited to try them because I love them and when I first opened the box I was surprised at a few of them that were so small. Now I know these fruits aren't cheap so I figured they'd at least be delicious. Boy was I WRONG! The first bite I took tasted like alcohol, which I then realized after picking the chocolate off was because it was rotten. I tried another one, same thing. The next one after that, even worse. They weren't even fully red, the tops were all yellow. They seem to have been frozen as there was no crisp to them like a fresh strawberry has and they were mushy, if not for the chocolate they would never have had any form to them! Shame on this company for charging such ridiculous prices for such low quality fruits that I wouldnt even feed to a dog. Edible arrangements has got it all over you, I'm surprised you're still in business sending out this crap.

Ordered flowers and berries ($95.23) for my mom for Mother's Day! The main web page showed Friday delivery. My order showed Friday delivery. It is now after 8:00 PM on Saturday with no sign of the gift. UPS shows it is still sitting in a warehouse in Illinois. Tried to call customer service, got someone from out of the country, of course. They promised me a refund in 7-10 business days, but I'm not holding my breath. Should of checked online reviews first, but they seemed legit with all the advertising and radio personality endorsements. DO NOT use them or any of their affiliate companies.

I ordered three different orders for Mother's Day on May 8th. If I would have seen these reviews before, I would have thought twice. Two orders came on time but the third order, to MY mother of course, shows that they are in transit, with no delivery date. I call their customer service and someone from the Philippines answers, the call is muffled and hard to hear and she keeps reading from a script. I ask to speak with someone else because I can't hear her, then I request a manger. She proceeded to tell me her name was Leann (I think - it was hard to hear,) and she was the only one in the call center, for the entire company, and I could not talk to anyone else. Then I request someone from the states and she lied and said she was from California. She told me that if my order wasn't delivered by 9 pm she could refund it. It was 856 pm at this point. She put me on hold until 9 and then said that two out of three of my shipments arrived, that is good enough. Seriously! So not only did she refuse to let me talk to someone else, her manager or someone from another call center. I'm supposed to be okay with paying 160.00 with only two deliveries being made instead of three. At this point I hung up. Hopefully I can speak with someone other than Leann tomorrow because i bet those strawberries are melting in a pool of bacteria at this point and if they even make it to my mom, they will make her sick. Should have stayed with my old reliable edible arrangements, they are fantastic and get 5 stars every time.

If I could give 1/2 a star or no stars at all, I would. This company is a joke and completely botched my Mother's Day gift. Long and short of it - ordered with plenty of time, was lied to by their insanely incompetent and impossible to understand customer service. Now my gift will arrive on Tuesday...? Seriously, they were as bad as it gets and everyone should stay away from this company.
