My mother paid nearly 48$ to send me 6 "Giant" Berries for Nurse's week at a large medical practice. She eagerly awaited me to open them, well one was the size of a quarter, all melted, and smelled like plastic. I felt so bad for my mother, I went to bite into one and it tasted like soap. You should be ashamed of yourself, she even wrote an email and you couldn't even make it right with an apology!

Disappointed

My husband ordered these to be delivered the Friday before Mothers day as he knows chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite. He was going to go through edible arrangements but found a groupon and decided to order from here instead. It was supposed to be a surprise but he ended up having to tell me because they never came. He called customer service at 7:30 and they said they would have them delivered on mothers day and waive the extra fee and give us our money back. I waited all mothers day for strawberries that never came. Monday comes and still nothing. He calls Monday night and is told they are still in transit and won't be here until Tuesday... It is now Tuesday and still no berries. We will never again use this company. We will stick with edible arrangements whose customer service is more than amazing, never gets the order wrong AND is always on time. Thanks for disappointing myself and what seems like a ton of other moms on a day that is supposed to be celebrating them.

My daughter had flowers and strawberries sent to me for mother's day. The flowers never opened and the leaves turned yellow even though I followed the instructions to the letter. I'm very dis appointed in your product.

Horrible.

Overpriced and 25% rotten strawberries (that's 3 out of 12 rotten if you need the math done for you). Also received 4 of the most nasty tasting, kerosene-smelling dipped dog chews that are passed off as cookies. Absolutely the worst tasting chocolate we have ever had and most overpriced ripoff-of-a-Mother's Day present I have ever purchased.

I have ordered from Shari's berries several times. We sent two orders for Mother's Day but my husband ordered for me secretly. We did not get the order at all and no confirmation of the transaction but Shari's Berries did pull the money from our account, $50. We called the customer service line and had an absolutely terrible encounter! Short version, no refund because we have no order number. My husband got no email or notification at all. After going around with the phone person we asked for a supervisor. We were given the run around there as well. Finally got a supervisor but by then we had called our bank and had the transaction cancelled. They became less hospitable when I let her know that we had resolved the issue through our bank and would no longer need their help. Both ladies we talked to were impatient and rude. I would say to my great disappointment that Shari's Berries is about the money and not customer service. Obviously will NEVER EVER order from them again.

Some guarantee!?

Friday I was in search of a last minute gift for my mother and grandmother for Mother's Day before they leave out of country later in the night on Mother's Day.
I was very surprised and very happy to find out that sherries berries was able to guarantee delivery on Mother's Day for an extra shipping fee. In this situation I would have paid just about anything due to the fact that if I didn't get whatever gift I got them there by Sunday, I wouldn't be able to give them anything because they are leaving Sunday night for 1 month.
I placed my order for 2 dozen gourmet berries and paid the extra shipping fee for Mother's Day delivery. Obviously because I found a great gift for the both of them, I didn't look any further for something else because I knew my gift would get to them on time before they left.
Well, it is now Mother's Day at 6:55 pm and they still have yet to receive their package so I called the customer service number and asked them what was going on and the operator stated that my package would not be delivered until tomorrow? She was kind and understood my frustration and disappointment and offered me a refund for the berries which I accepted.
The reason for this email is that I've heard many great things about sherries berries and that is why I trusted this company with this delivery but I have to say I am very disappointed with the outcome! Not only did I not have something for my mother and grandmother on Mother's Day but they won't get anything from me at all because they are leaving for a month hence the reason I spent the extra money on the guaranteed Mother's Day delivery. I appreciate that my money has been refunded for the purchase but I would much rather of had my mother and grandmother receive their Mother's Day gift! I wish I had the kind of experience with your company that I heard so much great things about!

Ordered two items from their website, was charged extra for Saturday delivery, only one showed up on Saturday. It wasn't my idea to separate this into two shipments, and both were due Saturday. So my gift was viewed as pretty cheap since half of it was missing, and nothing was done proactively to send me notification.

Won't be using them again,

I purchased several groupon's for this company to purchase mother's day presents for several people. I had spoken to several people who raved about Shari's Berries and how good they were. Worst mistake I've ever made. I ordered 3 gifts and only 1 showed up on time & in tact. The other 2 were horrible (pictures attached) as to what my mother & sister received for Mother's Day. One of the gifts was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 5/11 and didn't get delivered until Monday 5/15. Both deliveries were melted & smashed. When I called the first time & spoke to a customer service rep was not very helpful or apologetic. I then called back and got someone different who was much more helpful and ended up refunding what I spent out of pocket for the purchase. They could not reimburse me for the Groupon however. I then had to call Groupon and request that they refund me my money. Overall though my family members ended up not getting a Mother's Day present which ended up making me feel horrible as a daughter & sister.

My best friend ordered me a special package and paid for priority delivery and I received it 2 days late. Not only was it late, my package was left on my doorstep. My strawberries were dark red, the chocolate was split opened and melted, berries thrown all over the place and my ice pack was extremely hot. This was my ONLY gift and a horrible way to remember my Mother's Day.

I ordered 1 doz of Sherr's berries and they arrived the afternoon on May 12th. Only problem was my mother only got 11 berries. Looked like someone had help themselves to a berry, which makes me wonder if the box was tapered with? I think I paid around 59.00 dollars for a doz. Berries not eleven. I was disappointed... that should not have happened, I will not order again. 2stars. Carlene R.

Called to inquire about an oder that was scheduled to be delivered on the Friday before Mothers Day.
Guess what the CSR i tried to talk with said it was scheduled for the 19th. A week late.
P.s. They charged the full amount to the CC already.

I ordered tulips and strawberries that were to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's Day. The strawberries NEVER arrived and the tulips were almost dead. I paid $100.00! Never again will I use this company.

Was charged $70.00 dollars for delivery
I cannot believe this I was clearly not understanding of the charges $60.00 for 2 dozen berries and a delivery charge of 70.00 are you kidding me NEVER AGAIN!
I MAY ONLY BE ONE CUSTOMER BUT I HAVE A BIG MOUTH AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD

Horrible Company

Ruined my Mother's Day! My first time ordering from this company was for Mothers's day. My order was not delivered l. After being on the phone for 20 minutes I was told they would refund my shipping and delivery. And deliver another day. Another 20 minutes on the phone and they told me package was out for delivery. Not the case, again no delivery. I called again. This time 30 minutes and they told me first package was lost and second package was not out for delivery. I got a tracking number looked it up and it was for the first deliverythat never was delivered. I live in Florida and this was a gift for my mom in NY. Well guess what my mother did not receive a gift from me this year.

The customer service girls did not speak English very well and gitvthe address so wrong It's a good thing I caught it It took three calls to get it right
The berries were a day late. But they were very nice
I won't buy again because of the screw up and because of the 14.99. Delivery charge

Terrible. Berries were way over ripe and inedible. Tulips looked bad and wilted completely in two days. I have been avoiding 1-800 flowers for years due to poor quality on prior orders. I was shocked to find out Sherries is really 1-800 Flowers. But after I found that fact out the poor quality made sense. Refund was eventually given but will not order again. This company has gotten way too big and quality control is completely gone. Even crucial customer support is largely based overseas.

I ordered $150 worth of flowers vase, 6 dipped strawberries and a spa set for my mom to show up on Mothers day. I called this afternoon because I was able to track my order and it says it wont be there until Monday afternoon, the agent lied and said "oh no, it will be there today." She could not give me a time but she said by 8pm. Well here we are past 8pm and I called and got a guy who barely speaks english and he took forever to confirm the package will not be there until tomorrow afternoon. Then offered a shipping refund. Oh no, I need more than a shipping refund back. I need my answer cancelled and refunded. I would have never purchased had I known they could not deliver like they guaranteed. False advertisement and scam artist is all I can say to describe right now. I was going to do future oreders with them and become a regular, but this did it for me. Looking for a manager callback to make this right. They have 100% guarentee, but all they can offer is a shipment refund on their overpriced stuff.

Horrible business. Order not delivered. Overcharged my account. Staff didn't apologize. Rude. Never use this business. Your family and friends won't receive the order and you will have to fight to get reimbursed. Overall terrible experience. Caused grief and sadness on Mother's Day.
