We received an item as a gift from this company for Christmas, it contained the wrong nutritional information. I attempted to email through the website to request it, "error"... then I emailed and never got a response. I called only to have a very hard time understanding the representative. We received a replacement but still, no nutritional information was included. Due to our health conditions, we must have nutritional information so these went in the trash.

Poor Quality and Service

I paid $55.00 for two "HALF DOZEN GOURMET DIPPED SWIZZLED STRAWBERRIES." I did purchase them using a Groupon, but I never expected to receive what I did. The strawberries did not look like any of those I've seen in advertisements. And because I was ordering 2 half dozen, I was charged an additional $14.99 shipping and handling for the second. I've purchased strawberries in the past and I was completely disappointed this time. I will be posting on social media a picture of what I received and how dissatisfied I am with Shari's Berries and the quality. And to top it off, when I called customer service, I was talking to a representative in the Philippines that I could not understand. They told me they would send me a "replacement" half dozen but I would not receive it until six days later. When I complained about paying the second shipping fee and not receiving my order, I was offered an extra half dozen. I would NOT recommend Shari's Berries to anyone at this point.

Sherries Berries does not have free delivery as "implied" on their website and when you are charged $15.00 plus a routing fee and tax that ended up costing $25.00 when all was said and done. Customer Service was of no help and located in the phillipines, so I could not even truly understand anything they said. Cancelled my order so I can't coment on the berries quality, but look at the overall poor reviews on this website. Don't bother with this company, buy local.

Terrible and Disgraceful

Ordered Christmas Tree cookies for my mother in law. She at first was excited because they were so beautiful and looked delicious. When she opened up the individual package she said that the cookies were hard and stale and that they had bugs. SERIOUSLY. I will NEVER order from this company again. Steer clear of this company horrible product.

Shari's Berries rip-off

Ordered berries and brownie snowmen for a good friend to be delivered on Saturday 12/23; was charged separate shipping for each item because you can't add additional items, plus I had to pay extra for each item because of Sat dellvery, about $25 for each item, causing me to drop some others I wanted because the cost was so prohibitive, and on top of everyting else they delivered the LEAST part of the order a day EARLY with no note so my friend didn't even know who sent them, and when I called shari's Berries and informed I was told that i will get a refund for the additional shipping in about 28 DAYS! It only takes them 5 min to screw up and order but forever to fix it; We'll see if the refund actually goes back into my acct, but not holding my breath; really disappointed with the service and I can only pray that the quality is not as bad as I have read, but regardless I will NEVER order anything from them again, they are a total RIP-OFF!

I placed and order for 1 dozen berries on Wed Dec 20 and payed extra for GUARANTEED delivery on Fri Dec 22. On Fri Dec 22 I received an email
Advising the order will not be delivered until Tue Dec 26. I pulled up UPS
Tracking and was able to determine the package (obviously perishable food)
Arrived at their Savannah GA Distribution Center at 150pm local time on
Fri Dec 22. I spoke with UPS laughable customer service in India (after
Holding for over an hour) to inquire why (obviously perishable food) will
Be sitting at their Savannah GA Distribution Center for FOUR days. Keep
In mind, the destination address is also in Savannah. In broken English,
They could offer no explanation. Nor could Shari's equally laughable
Customer service (in India) offer an explanation. Bottom line, AVOID Shari's Berries or any other FTD Company. There are MANY other RELIABLE alternatives. Who have customer service representatives IN the UNITED STATES.

Never order here!

Berries didnt come on time as promised, berries were small and tops were wilted like they had been frozen. Berries were not sweet, they tasted like they werent ripe. Also sent plain dipped even though we paid for the Christmas decorated ones which was extra $$. Customer service offered to send out more berries but now we wont have Christmas presents. Never will use this company again. If I could rank it a no stars I would!

Huge Rip off! Nothing like the pictures, and the advertising. They are the smallest berry's ever. Also not decorated for Christmas like they said. Also very, very expensive, and then when you check out they tack on $16.00 for shipping. I was so embarrassed I sent these as gifts. Stay as far away from these folks as you can. It is a waste of money, and I can 100% assure you that they will disappoint you.

Ordered (in all fairness) a last-minute Christmas gift to be delivered to the office, and paid extra for delivery by 12:00 noon. At 2:15 PM, called UPS to find out where order was. They stated Shari's Berries shipped it to be delivered up until 7:00 PM! (That's no good, as the office closed for Christmas at 1:00 PM.) UPS said they could deliver to a new address, but Shari's would need to okay the change. I called Shari's Berries, only to be told they can't make a change "once the package has gone out for delivery!" I guess their "wonderful berries" will just have to sit and rot on a nameless loading dock somewhere. Absolutely most inept, amature, bungling company ever! Stay very far away!

The strawberries are shipped by fedex and they are in a really bad shape and spoiled. Terrible company to work with. Somebody needs to stop them from ripping off the people.

WHEN I CALLED INTO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS MET WITH FOREIGN SPEAKING REPRESENTATIVES WHO I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AND REFUSED TO HELP ME.

Bad strawberries received

A vendor of ours sent a large box of chocolate covered berries to us as a surprise. It's obviously the dry ice package isn't big enough that they use. The strawberries were stale. WIthin less than 48 hours they all had mode inside them. Talk about gross. Stay away from them.

I ordered a basket of cookies for my nephews birthday, paid extra for Saturday delivery and got an email the day after they were to be delivered saying they would be there the following Tuesday! Called customer service which was located in the phillipines and was told I could get a refund on the delivery. I wanted to cancel the order but it was too late, they are going to credit my account. The product was delivered, broken cookies and all! What a waste of time, disgusting product (cookie shelf life of 12 months)!

Just received a gift box of 12 Shari's Berries along with 4 chocolate covered pretzel sticks. Looked online and the pre discount price is over $40. To call them mediocre is a gross over statement. I wouldn't pay 5 bucks for them if they were carried at the grocery store plus the pretzel sticks were very stale. I don't see how they remain in business. They don't deserve a one star rating!

Rotten Berries!

I have been ordering these berries for years, most years I order more than once. The last few times I have sent or ordered these berries they have been both rotten and or extremely small two times they have come rotten the first time was when I sent them to my mother in another state she called me to thank me but told me they were rotten and soggy, the company replace them with extremely tiny berries nothing like pictured the second time was recently I ordered them for my husband for our anniversary, we both took a bite of the small Berry and it was rotten! I tried several others that were also rotten, I called the company which I believe was overseas and they replaced them with extremely tiny berries nothing like what you see in their pictures nothing like what I used to get!
After three times giving them a chance Ive decided I will no longer order sharis berries they take no pride in their product!

Spoiled berries!

I decided to spoil myself and got a dozen berries for $40 when I got them half of the berries were rotten and they weren't any better than ones you can make at home. I was very upset over my purchase. I would never send these to anyone as a gift or ever get them for myself again.

Worst product ever

Just received 6 boxes of strawberries going to hand out as gifts for Christmas I'm so glad i opened them, they were all broken some were the size of a quarter and some were larger and no stems. Looked like large and small blobs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
