Nothing on my Groupon says I have to access Sheriberry website from a groupon link. When I tried to enter my groupon code, price was INCREASED from $41 to $55.

I had to call customer service several times. The first order I called in was never processed. I called again to place the same order and had to spell every word on the card only to find out in the confirmation that they still misspelled several words in the card. I emailed them typing out all of the information so they could correct the misspellings and they responded saying they can not correct the information. I just canceled the order, and would never recommend this company.
I bought a groupon for Shari's Berries and placed an order. It required me to put in my credit card, but then charged my credit card for the entire order, instead of using my groupon. Upon contacting customer service they said I could only use 1 promotional offer at once and figured that what I paid was the better offer. I called them to inquire more about this, and inquired how groupon is a promotional offer since it's a form of payment. I used a free shipping code since their shipping is soooo expensive. The guy could barely speak English, and I had a hard time understanding him, and he had a hard time understanding me. That conversation got nothing resolved. I emailed them from my first email, and said that if they removed my free shipping code and used my groupon and charged me the rest, it would be significantly cheaper. I got back the same genetic email from the first time. I emailed them again explaining the situation once again. In short, I have now spent way more money than I intended to. It's not worth it. Their customer service is terrible, and their prices are ridiculous. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
TERRIBLE customer service. I guess I didn't do my homework. I will never order again from Sharis Berries. I had to call BACK 3 times to get a confirmation and they kept changing my order, I could not understand them at all. Did not give me my discounts and kept telling my confirmation would be 3 hrs. I got so tired of repeating myself! I asked where they were, said the Philippines. Why do companies in the US do this! $$$. I canceled order and ordered from Edible Arrangements. Why didn't I do that to begin with! Not even sure yet if they credited my account. They didn't understand anything I was talking about! So save yourself time and Money ~DO USE THIS COMPANY~ Jody
This rating is solely based on the price. I ordered two dozen choc. Dipped strawberries for Valentine's day. The strawberries themselves came out to $70 total (this is a joke in the first place). The worst part about all this is that the shipping for these two tiny boxes came out to Shipping and Handling: $14.99 + Standard Shipping: $9.99 each. So that is an additional $25 for each of these tiny boxes.To make matters even stupider, I held off on ordering for a day to think it over, and went back to reorder and noticed that one of the S&H charges went up to $16.99, but the other was still $14.99. Exact same order and day, no explanation given. We all work too hard to just give our money away, and these guys have a great business going on for suckers. I didn't order and went to edible arrangements instead. $59 for the same product, but I have to pick it up in store. I'd rather do this and save $80 then hold my breath on a delivery that may not even make it on time (had issues in the past). The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is the product has been good, but there's a cap on strawberry quality in my opinion that you can get at any other place.
TL; DR, Ended up ordering from edible arrangements for in store pick-up. Saved $80
I bought a groupon and they did not apply it after checkout was made. Then I called not even 10 minutes after placing the order and they would not cancel or change my order. The customer service team is very hard to understand and very rude.
I ordered 8 gifts for Valentines day. Shipping was 50% more than the order. Couldn't get an American to speak to in customer service. Couldn't get an order cancellation number. Worst experience with on line ordering ever. Cant believe this is a US company.
Side Note: Just ordered 8 gifts off Amazon from Golden State Fruit with free shipping since it was a prime item!
I am in a new relationship and wanted to impress this man and his young daughter with a dozen of the gourmet dipped fancy strawberries before my arrival that weekend. Everything was perfect with the order through delivery. When he called to express his gratitude, I asked for a picture and let out gasped at the site of what was supposed to be strawberries. The chocolate edibles did not resemble any type of fruit much less strawberries because the the entire piece had been submerged and no portion of the berry was shown. I was embarrassed to say the least.
I received constant discount emails but have chosen to not order from this company again.
My husband order the swizzles berries and had them shipped to my place of work. Half arrived broken and they were soggie totally unappetizing. I e- mailed the company to tell them how disappointed I was but I did not even get a reply. I suggest you go to a local store where you can make your own selection for less money especially when you do not have to pay the shipping charges. Cannot understand how they stay in business
I tried to order the 24 Roses and 12 berries for my wife. The very hard to understand phone sales lady started out ok but I had to ask her to repeat a lot during the conversation. I had gotten an email offering 30% off my purchase and sh finally accommodated me with a good offer of $44 for the flowers and berries. Here is where it all came apart. You have to get the flowers and berries delivered on 2 separate days (so now you pay 2 delivery fees). That was $15 fee for the flowers and $10 for the berries. There is more... you get charged for the boxes they are delivered in. That came to an additional $29 dollars and when you add the processing fees and taxes the grand total came to over $100. This lady didnt speak very good English but was well trained in ripping people off. DO NOT CALL YOUR ORDER IN. STAY AWAY!
Their website is so difficult to use and it added extra dollars on when I tried to do the 30% "no code needed promotion". Then, it switched to only 20% off when my items were added to my cart for checkout! So my $70 order turned into a $117 order. Not happy. I didn't place the order and tried to order over the phone. Their representative could barely speak English and wasn't much help to me at all. I had to repeat things to her over and over and finally I just got fed up with the whole process and told her I'd call back some other time. I let Customer Service know about my problems and they blew me off. They pretty much suck.
Had a box come - and they are PRICEY - and they were totally green and white down at least one quarter of the way. Absolutely tasteless, they were nowhere near ripe. Called customer service - and they said they will not refund but sent a replacement. They were absolutely no better - had pictures, sent them to their customer service but received no response. Used to LOVE these things - but we are done, done, done. Darn -it was my go-to for sending as get well and Valentine's etc., Consumer beware!
I just came back from vacation to find a box of chocolate dip strawberries at my front door, which had been sitting there for eight days. Of course, they were totally melted. I called the company and some incomprehensible woman told me she would replace the order however it would take three weeks. I also asked her for the name of the sender as there was no card enclosed in the original package. I was told that because of confidentiality issues they cannot reveal the name of the sender to me. This makes it rather difficult for me to send a thank you note to the sender as I have no idea who it was. This is worse than dealing with the CIA
I tried to order a package for a friend who lost a loved one. The package was advertised as $39.99 for a 2 day delivery! (what a deal!)
Day one would be a bouquet and day two would be 6 strawberries.
When going to confirm my order i found that the delivery fee is $18.99
AND they were charging me an extra $10 for an "additional gift" plus $5 for delivery of the additional gift. There was NO additional gift. The $39.99 price was to include both days of delivery, that's why its a package.
My total would have been a cool $76 at the end of all their fees.
When I reached out to a service rep they had no idea what they were talking about, and told me how important it is that my order be done right, but I did't place the order, I was inquiring about the extra charges.
I've seen nothing but HORRIBLE reviews and should have expected this.
Ordered an arrangement to be delivered at the Emergency Dept to my wife who is an ER Nurse. I made sure before I ordered that it could be done. Shows to have been delivered at a dock... I called and the lady that answered the phone was rude and actually even hung up on me. I called back but she never picked up. I wish I would've read the reviews before buying. I don't that company staying in business too long with this terrible service.
So disappointed in this company. Sent a gift basket to my husband at work for his 50th birthday. I paid $15 extra to guarantee morning delivery. As of 3 PM, it's still had not been delivered. They did refund the money, and said it was on the truck out for delivery. I expressed my concern that all employees leave at five and they said they would just leave it outside but it will be delivered by six. Food left outside? I said. Unacceptable. This is Midwest weather and unacceptable for food to be left out at business facility. I finally had to tell my husband the surprise, and he stayed until 6 o'clock waiting for the package that never arrived.
Ordered for $70 berries to be delivered on Jan 17th for a birthday. What to surprise her at work. She left at 5:15, still no delivery. Said was on the truck at 3:30am that morning for delivery. Needless to say she get the surprise and I am out the money looking foolish. Terrible service! Sticking with Edible Arrangements, they have never let me down. Should never have tried this.
I ORDERED A DOZEN GOURMET DIPPED FANCY STRAWBERRIES WITH A KEEPSAKE DESERT PLATTER ON 12/18/17 FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY FOR 1/16/18 IN ARIZONA. I WAS PROMISED DELIVERY ON HER BIRTHDAY. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY AND ASKED FOR STATUS, I WAS TOLD IT WAS ON THE UPS TRUCK FOR DELIVERY TODAY, IT WAS IN ARIZONA. I ASKED FOR THE UPS TRACKING NUMBER, WHICH I WAS GIVEN. I TRACKED THE PACKAGE AS SOON AS I GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE REP. ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS SITTING IN CALIFORNIA (300 MILES AWAY). I CALLED BACK SHARI'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GIVEN TOTALLY WRONG INFO. THAT MY PACKAGE WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL MAYBE THE 17TH OR 18TH. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE. DONT ORDER FROM THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS AS PER MANY REVIEWS I HAVE BEEN READING, I WISH I DID THIS BEFORE I ORDERED. Ordered for birthday. Was not delivered as promised. Delivered late in the afternoon the NEXT day! What was so bad-they did not let me know. If i had known, i could have ordered flowers from a local florist. Did not even get an apology or anything! Never again!
I ordered a red velvet birthday cake to be delivered Jan 5 2018 in Keller TX $55.00, which is a Friday considered a normal delivery day; the cake never made it! According to the tracking it was in Memphis TN Jan. 5 at 1 pm on Saturday Jan. 6 it was in Fort Worth at 1:33 pm and it sat there; so on Sunday Jan 7 I called customer service to find out what happened she said it was still in Fort Worth and has no idea why so I asked for a refund. She said she could refund shipping charges and send a new cake or total refund. I asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold for a few minutes and came back with no manager is available but in 2 to 3 days one would call me back. I worked in retail so i know making the customer happy is number one bad reviews especially on the internet are big black eyes. I wanted a new cake and a full refund because the cake never got there (no known reason why) and even if it got there at that point it would have been stale being that it was made Jan. 2. The girl was rude, not very helpful and never did try to find a manager. So the birthday was a bust, i am pissed wasted time and money and telling anyone who reads this do not order from this company they are unreliable, lack common sense to fix problems and really do not care if the customer gets satisfaction.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
