False Advertising

Dont bother ordering from them. Their commercials that Ive heard said Huge berries, as big as your fist. The order I made for v day never arrived. They ( the person on the phone in the Philippines) told me they were lost in transit. But i never got an email telling me they were sent and UPS tracking number said invalid, which means they were never even sent. They gave me a refund and a complimentary re-order. My wife got her vday gift two days late. The strawberries were smaller than strawberries from walmart. False advertising really gets in my crawl. If you call you will never talk to anyone at the actual facility. They outsource all their communication to some place in Manila. Pretty sure the also outsource their FB Msg Service.

Ridiculous

Please never use Sharis Berries. I ordered what I thought was a wonderful gift for my wife for Valentines Day because I was out of town. I thought how fun it would be to get this on Valentines Days. It was not delivered and now it wont be until Friday. Friday does me absolutely no good. Friday is a joke. They dont understand a refund doesnt fix anything. Delivering the product on time fixes it. I will never use them again and will make sure that everyone know what a horrible experience it was. They ruined our Valentines Day. It is absolutely unforgivable.

I dont normally write reviews, but this is so misrepresented I had to tell my experience. The berries are really good. The $60 roses... F****n suck! I coulda got a pack of Skittles and a rose bouquet from 7-11 and have a better bouquet than this crap. The roses are about 1/2 the size of a normal rose. You have to cut them to fit the vase and arrange them. I dont know the first thing about flower arrangement, Im a dude. It defeats the purpose of ordering if I gotta put it together. I wish I could submit a pic of these sad $#*! roses. Its actuslly embarrassing to give them to my wife. Thank goodness she has a good sense of humor. So, the crappy roses were $59.99, standard shipping is $17.99, guaranteed delivery is $4.99 and holy crap, a $3.99 rural area carrier surcharge. W T F? This company is terrible. It cost $86.96 for this gift. I dont mind spending the money, but what I received is not near worth that price. I basically paid $86.96 for 12 chocolate covered strawberries because those roses are a freakin joke. It boils down to this, throw out the roses cause they SUCK. My wife is left with 12 chocolate covered strawberries at $7.25 a copy. And I ate 2 of them, so... At least it arrived on time. Some of these folks didnt even get theirs on time. What a joke. The berries are good though.

How does one order more then a week ago pay extra for guaranteed delivery to get a email at 438pm saying your order will be delivered Feb 15th. Person I talked with could not answer the question. You (Shari's Barries really suck. I placed my order week before to still not get delivered. Really bad business what a f*** in JOKE!

Paid for guaranteed delivery no later than 8PM on V-day. As you can guess, no delivery. I called and they said they could certainly have it delivered by the 20th. Absolutely unbelievable, but as I read all the reviews sounds like they have ruined many valentines days for couples. I'm now running out at 8PM at night to try and find some type of gift for my wife. Unbelievable... my empathy for all others that are suffering my plight!

Just got some 'flowers' and chocolate covered strawberries. The flowers are in bad shape and I doubt they will open - they have rust around the edges. I could get better flowers at the grocery store for less money. The chocolate covered strawberries are great. They also use too much wrapping for the flowers/berries - it is a real waste and harmful to the environment. Don't send this product to someone you are trying to impress - if they open the package you won't hear from them again.

Husband late ordered delivery night of Feb 13 of luscious cheesecake trio, large fancy swirled strawberries and 2 dozen gourmet truffles to arrive on Valentine's and it was here early by early afternoon. I'm in Love with how good it tastes

This is the worst business ever! The company is very unprofessional and he customer service is disgraceful. My parents ordered my gift for Valentine's Day, and I have yet to get it. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please, do not order from here. Just go to Edible Arrangements.

Worse experience

Bought a Groupon. Couldn't figure out how to order from phone, so called. Was on hold for 20 minutes then to be answered by someone who had a language barrier. I could not understand her and she had a hard time understanding me. I stayed with the call b/c I didn't want to hang up and call again.
She couldn't get my Groupon to work and said it had expired. It hadn't.
Was on the phone for 35 minutes literally spelling out every letter in the delivery address, and correcting her numerous times on her confirmation back to me.
Finally, got it right and was told there was a delivery fee. Fine. Not a problem. But since it is Wednesday, the first it could be delivered was Friday - BUT - there was an additional $4.99 ON TOP of the $14.99 b/c it is considered a rush. IF I chose Saturday, It would have been an additional $9.99 on top of the $14.99 b/c it's a Saturday.
Will not order again.

Less than one star

Horrible first time experience and my last with sherries berries/proFlowers Placed my order over a week ago for Valentines Day 14th even extra money to get it there before noon. It didnt show. And I finally got a hold of somebody and said it wont be delivered tell the 16th. And this isnt normally how we do business sorry places always guarantee $#*! and never come through always an excuse. Are you kidding me? What a joke.

Ordered the perfect pairing for my wife to be delivered at her job for valentine's. Overpaid for their product and shipping so it ended up a $49.99 product cost $80... called and texted them on valentine's only to find out they hadn't even shipped it! Said they can have it delivered by the 20th... if you expect to do something special for your loved one don't do it with sharis berries!

Ruined my Vday!

Ordered something for my fiancé 3 days ago to be delivered today and paid EXTRA for morning delivery and by 3pm the order still had not arrived. I called and they apologized and sent me a new order that wont be here until tomorrow... AFTER VDAY! So now my fiancé gave me the best gifts and I had nothing to return. I ordered them so that I wouldnt have to go out and try to look for something, and now the day is more than halfway over and I have to go try and see whats left to give to her before the day is over. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Ruined my Vday. Dont pay extra for morning delivery, its a waste of money! They wont get it there before Noon, or maybe not even that day smh.

Did Not Deliver Order

Ordered berries & flowers to be delivered for Valentine's Day. The order was never delivered. Very poor customer service. They said their tracking indicated the order was delivered and signed for, except it was not delivered, and we've never heard of the name they claimed signed for it. I would recommend not doing business with this company.

Poor product

While I did receive my order my husband placed for Valentine's day, what I received was pitiful. The strawberries already started "leaking" juice (the pamphlet said they will do that after 48 hours) and tasted so acidic, not fresh at all. The tulips I received were a joke - blooms no bigger than a quarter each, so small, with broken stems. Highly disappointed. Will NOT order from them again.

Did no deliver my order

I placed a order om 02/09/2018 for a deliver on 02/14/2018 by noon. The order was not delivered i called them and they stated the order will not be delivered till tomorrow 02/15/2019. Like why the heck would I want to send my girl flower and strawberries the day after. She is so hurt and disappointed about this. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM

What a joke?!

No Valentine's Day for our family. Paid for morning delivery and guaranteed Feb. 14 delivery to my spouse and now I have been informed they will be delivered on Feb. 15. It's a shame because they are being advertised on the radio (which is not deserving) and honestly the first time I received these the strawberries were very good. Will never order from them again and will inform others to not waste their time.

Very disapointed.

I ordered 2 dozen roses and a dozen "Fancy Strawberries" I paid extra for morning delivery. Well the morning has come and gone Shari's Berries has no idea where the order is. I could barely understand the customer service rep so communication was incredibly hard. I will never make the same mistake. I am going to head to the local flower store and have something waiting at home for her. STAY AWAY do not buy anything from this company.
