Over-priced, Poor service

I ordered chocolates for Valentine's day and paid a royalty to "guarantee" delivery on Valentine's day. Between the regular delivery charge and this royalty, I paid as much for delivery as I did for the gift. Then, the gift was delivered a day early. I contacted Shari's Berries and they said they apologized if I was confused, but their records showed the gift was delivered on Valentine's Day, February 13th, at 1:36 p.m.". I wrote back and told them that Valentine's Day is February 14th and that I wanted my extra delivery charge refunded. They never responded.

Bought it about a week before V-day, it was delivered right were it was supposed to that day!
Packaged safely and the presentation was wonderful!
Definitely using these guys again!

Don't do it!

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife for Valentines Day. While she was on the phone she was on the phone with a neighbor and told her that I had just ordered her weeds for Valentines day. The flowers looked like they were pulled out of a dumpster. I called and they replaced the order. While the new flowers are a little better than the first, they should still be thrown away.

Two years a go ordered approx $400 worth 4 out of 5 orders were delivered and the 5th was not delivered. Contacted Sheri's Berries and no response from them. Still no idea where it went 2 yrs ago. Again this year one is missing. WOW They sure do know how to take your money and not let you know what happened to the missing orders or where they went!

Like everyone else on here... I paid $26 to have this shipped on one day for Valentines day... it is STILL OUT for delivery somewhere and never made it there with the GUARANTEED all over their check out summary page and the extra 9.99 to get the "GUARANTEED VALENTINE's DAY DELIVERY" Just like everyone else is saying here... it did not make the guaranteed delivery date.

So dissatisfied this year

My husband has sent me Shari's Berries the past 3 years. This year my order was to arrive 2/13, at a discounted price to get them the day before Valentines. My husband was told they were on the way and would be here by 8:00 PM, 2/13. Didn't arrive, next day, 2/14, didn't arrive. Today, 2/15, they arrived and felt warm. I won't eat the berries as they may not be safe to eat, but I will eat the pretzels. You have lost a loyal customer Shari's Berries, and by the appearance of your reviews for this year, sounds like something has changed at your company. The horrible fact is we are not being compensated in any way, every one of these late delivery reviews should get their money back.

I placed my order about three weeks before valentines day to make sure everything was set. I even recieved a confirmation email, i paid online (which went through), and waited and waited. Valentines day comes, and guess what? NO BERRIES. Someone messed up. I paid for the berries, and never recieved them! When i tried to contact them to find out why my order was late, i was told my transaction was never put through? But yet i got the confirmation and money taken out of my account?
Do. Not. Buy.

Horrible quality

I received my 1/2 dozen gourmet dipped strawberries on Valentine's Day which were a gift for my girlfriend. I opened the packag only to find out that what was received was far from gourmet. Strawberries were upside down, nuts were all over the package, and overall look was not appetizing at all. I was so embarrassed that I went out to a local chocolate store and bought another 1/2 dozen strawberries for half the price that were much more presentable. First and last time I will use your company.

Horrible Customer Service

Ordered berries 2 weeks in advance for Valentine's day. Paid extra to guarantee deliver on Valentine's Day. They showed up after the business was closed. 5:30PM. So the berries never got delivered. I sent 4 different emails asking what my options were. NO REPLY. I called twice, both times got someone who barely spoke english. The first one just kept asking me to repeat the order number and asking if i use any other name. The second one, all i could make out was, do you want a refund.

Bad first time experience

I was disappointed when my daughter sent me the pictures of the strawberries. They were turned upside down in the box pieces everywhere and on the other berries, one was broken, the chocolates were sweaty. There were no ends of the strawberries with green leaves showing like your pictures. Totally disappointed with the presentation... my first experience was not good.

Quality has gone down

Very disappointed in what was sent to my wife for Valentine Day. Berries were small, not tasty and chocolate crumbled off the berry. Way overpriced and significant drop in quality from several years ago. Will not order again.

Absolute disaster. 2 dozen long stemmed roses were all covered in black and white frost burns. Then they sent a replacement after I complained and asked for a refund and they were no better than the first set. Three days since the strawberries were suppose to show and and they are still not hear. NEVER AGAIN...

My boyfriend ordered me a half dozen berries for Valentine's Day, and they didn't even come in! The flowers came in and were beautiful, but the berries didn't come in until the day after Valentine's Day. On top of that, I called to find out if there were peanuts mixed in with the almonds, and I spent 15 minutes on the phone with a lady who thought I was asking who sent me the berries. I kept telling her I know my boyfriend sent them and she kept saying they couldn't disclose any seller information. Finally I said, are there peanuts mixed in with the almonds or not? She responded a few seconds later with "Ummmm... yes" I hung up at that point. When I opened the package to try the strawberries, it was TERRIBLE presentation. There were almonds all over the box, water in the bottom of the tray, and looked awful. The "chocolate chip covered" strawberry had 3 chocolate chips on it. Overall terrible. Needless to say, my boyfriend and I will never order from here again. Would give 0 stars if possible.

My husband placed an order for berries and paid the extra to ensure Valentine delivery. I got home and my husband asked if I ever received anything... which I did not. Apparently I had a package of berries and a cute note dropped off at 10am to the back door of my school. Whoever dropped off the berries did not even have someone sign for the package (they just wrote our secretaries name who wasn't even on campus all day. So no one was aware they were just sitting in our back supply room until around 5pm when our counselor saw them and called my husband to tell him.
If your going to charge people an arm and a leg for fruit and chocolate and have them pay extra to ensure Valentine delivery then you should be responsible for ensuring the intended recipient actually receives them! I would never order from them... JUST DON'T

Will never use again...

Ordered $88 dollars online for delivery on Tuesday, February 13th. Nothing delivered on Tuesday, called and was told it is in shipment? Valentine's Day, still nothing, called and emailed again - no response since overwhelmed I'm sure. It is now Thursday, Feb 16th... still nothing. Called and canceled the order and asked for a refund, which they processed - doesn't matter Valetine's Day is ruined and I still have nothing to show for it. I WILL NEVER USE SHARI'S BERRIES OR PROFLOWERS EVER AGAIN. If I could give zero "0" stars I would.

Still waiting for my Valentine's gift to arrive, it shipped on the 12th and has still not been delivered. So when i get my dozen dead roses and box of rotten chocolate covered strawberries, when Valentines day was yesterday, I will be sure to thank Shari's berries... NOT
80 dollars later and nothing to show for it.

Poor poor business

I ordered 2 dozen roses and a dozen of the dipped strawberries for the wife, the roses looked like walmart rejects and she received 9 cheesecake bites instead of the strawberries. I didn't but $#*!ing cheese cake I paid for $#*!ing berries. Where the $#*! are the berries?

Horrible Service

Ordered Berries and Brownie pops for my wife. They were delivered a day early to he business which was closed when I ordered it to be delivered on Valentines day. The day of delivery the business was closed. After telling me I would get a refund I was actually charged a second time. Unfortunately my berries were not there when she arrived to work yesterday as the package was left on the doorstep a day early. Please do not use this company for anything as they are not reliable and will double charge you.

Valentine's Day ruined

Called at 4:40 pm to see where my wife's gift was. They told me it would be delivered by 6. I paid extra for early delivery. Gift never showed up and just got an email that it will not be delivered until The 16th. Lol. Oh but they offered to refund me the shipping cost. Ummm no! You will be refunding for the entire purchase and I will never order from this company again.

Excellent

I was dreading Valentines Day due to all the bad reviews and I had already placed an order for two dozen roses and half dozen strawberries. My wife absolutely loved the flowers and berries, which were in excellent condition considering the fact that they were shipped in a box by FedEx. The glass vase was intact, which again is surprising considering FedEx handled the shipping. The roses look amazing, they were kept hydrated and very well protected, and the strawberries looked immaculate. They were ripe and were not affected by temperatuee due to the way they were packaged.
