Profoundly Disappointed

On June 6,2022, I ordered 6 strawberries from Shari's Berries. They were to be delivered by June 10,2022. On the scheduled delivery date, I received an email stating that the berries were close to the location and will be delivered by 8:00 PM on June 10,2022. After waiting all day, I received an email at 10 p.m. stating that the berries would not be delivered and would instead be sent on Monday, June 13,2022, several days later than I needed them. The fruit arrived on Monday. They were, however, destroyed. The ONE ice pack that had been placed over the berries had melted. The berries were melted and molded because the box they were in was wet. The berries arrived in this state; they were not outside but were delivered in the recipient's hands. Please do not place an order with this company! This business is a scam.

I have been buying these Gourmet Drizzled Strawberries for years. I don't know if they sold out for the all mighty dollar (so sad). I have to say the last Gourmet Drizzled Strawberries I bought for my girlfriend were so nasty I would never buy them again. Don't be fooled by the Pretty Pictures. It's ALL OVER for this one.

I ordered from edible arrangements online for mothers day and it was never delivered. I checked to make sure I wasn't charged and ordered again, which was received. My mom got the 1st basket a month later, comevto see I was charged for both and it was under Shari's berries, that's why I couldn't fi d it. Customer service refused to refund me even though it was their fault. They said I requested it to be delivered in June, which I definitely didn't, why would I for mothers day? Very poor customer service and I'll never order again!

Bought flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for our anniversary. They were delivered as scheduled. The flowers were a combination of pink roses and irises. The strawberries were very good. The flowers did not last more than 5 days. Very disappointing especially for the price paid and that my wife couldn't enjoy them longer. The roses wilted first, then the leaves and finally the irises. Thrown out after only 7 days!

Disappointed... again

For years, I have sent strawberries to my mom for special occasions. Last year for Mother's Day, the quality of the order was very disappointing. The chocolate was literally off most of the strawberries. I contacted the company, just to let them know. They offered another dozen that we declined because I only contacted them for informational purposes. I did something different for her birthday but decided to try again fort Mother's Day since she's really does love them. Once again, the chocolate was off several berries. I reached out and did not even receive a response. Done with this company.

Worst ever, embarrassing, humiliating

My mother in law received half of what I ordered for Mother's Day and the berries were broken and rotten. My wife received her Mother's Day berries 7 days late and they were totally rotten. My requests for a nearly $200 refund have been ignored. Worst experience ever.

Called company and was told new berries would be sent and never received. Called again and told new berries would be delivered and again nothing. Sent picture and email to company with order information and was told not enough information. Customer service is horrible. Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money! The berries are fresh but the chocolate is like wax. So you can't even enjoy the berries! The smiley faces are cheesy. Not something I would want to give as a gift.

Don't Buy Shari's Berries!

Bought 6 chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day 2022 gift. Cost…exorbitant…but my wife…in past has always loved them through the years…so was willing to buy for her. Have now discovered SB sold company to 1-800 Flowers. See pic of what was received Shipping box was in good condition upon arrival…so apparently mushed strawberries occurred in SB shop. Customer service, bad, and is still unwilling to provide credit. NEVER BUY SHARI'S BERRIES! I will never again…

My daughter bought berries and flowers from Shari's Berries for me. The berries at best were average, but the flowers were worse! The stems were yellow, leaves were falling off and many of the petals were crushed. I called customer service, and the rep assured me that the flowers would be delivered 3 days later. That didn't happen. I called customer service again. The rep was rude and had no record that flowers were supposed to be delivered! After speaking to the 3rd rep, and being placed on hold for half an hour, I gave up. They wore me down. An effective strategy to not have to actually provide customers with quality products.

Didn't even get delivered

Ordered for mother's day for my mom and sister some flowers and chocolate covered strawberries, mother's day came and went and the order was never delivered. Called customer service for him only to tell me, "well would you like me to deliver it tomorrow". Still not delivered, called back a couple days later and the lady made it seem as if they were actually just putting the order in as they supposedly ran out of inventory which is why my order never got delivered. Well don't you think you should've let me know that rather than just taking money from people. Well she tried to rectify the issue by changing my order to an available product which was just flowers and no berries, $#*! y'all are called Shari's berries. I can get flowers anywhere, I just had to cancel the whole order and get a refund which is gonna take another 5 days to get back. Basically just let them hold my money for 10 days for no reason

I placed an order from them a few years ago and the entire experience was a complete disaster, from start to finish. I encountered problems right away- beginning with placing my order, issues with my credit card payment, delivery, quality of product, and finally deplorable customer service representation! Unfortunately, I decided I would give them another chance, since it was so long ago & I had a coupon for Mother's Day. Big mistake! I tried numerous times to place the order online to no avail, so I was forced to call the company. Two representatives and an hour later I was still trying to process my order. I also wanted to MAKE SURE that a note that I had to now dictate verrry slowly (including punctuation) would be included in the order. It was NOT. It was also delivered the day BEFORE Mother's Day. And I was charged TWICE on my credit card. I just got off the phone after speaking with TWO Shari's Berries customer service reps. I was told that the reason there are TWO charges is because the company puts a "prior authorization hold" on your card for 5-7 days! I was not informed of ANY of this. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a dozen berries for mother's day, and they arrived 3 days late. In Arizona that means melted and rotten. Their refund policy doesn't allow for a full refund. I spoke to a supervisor, and she said that the company cannot give a full refund, even for a purely rotten on delivery product. They only allow a 50% refund with a voucher (doesn't add up to the full price), or a replacement shipment (which can still be late and turn to rot). PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEIR REFUND POLICY

As for the actual product, it's strawberries covered with chocolate. Overpriced, crappy customer service. Ms. Shari should be ashamed.

Highly Disappointed

I've order Shari's Berries in the past for Mother's Day and the experience was just okay. There was an incident where the strawberries were delivered spoiled. They immediately sent a new order. It was the 1st incident, no problem. This last time I ordered 2 different variations of a dozen strawberries. They were going to the same address to be delivered on the same day (simple right?). One order was delivered correctly. I was notified of the delay of the second order the day after it was supposed to be delivered. The other order didn't arrive until 2 days later, melted, moldy, and rotten. A new order was shipped overnight but the order was incorrect. My issue is this: If you've notified the customer that a perishable food item has been delayed, you should automatically assume that the quality of that product has been compromised and automatically offer a reissue. Secondly, the state of the strawberries even 2 days later tells me that those strawberries were already close to their expiration when they shipped. It's seems that service has been on a steady decline judging by the low review scores that I wished I'd saw before placing the order. This will be my very last time as a Shari's Berry/1800flowers customer.

Ordered 2 dozen chocolate strawberries for my wife on Mother's day. Half of them were broken and rotten had to throw 5 of them away. Paid $100.00 I would have gotten a better deal at Walmart and that's not saying much. They haven't even fixed the problem or refund my money. Terrible service.

Paid the extra $31 for Sat or Sun delivery for Mother's Day. It is Monday night at 9:45 and still no berries.$147 gift that never showed. I talked to them again tonight, and they said they were just busy from the mother's day orders. They said they could deliver it on Tuesday. Seriously?
This is the second time this has happened to us. Her Birthday bowl/ berries finally came 2 days after her birthday even though they were ordered well in advance.
She lives in Lady Lake Florida and the local distributer is obviously in way over their heads. I will be using Edible Arrangements from now on.

I ordered a dozen for my mom on Mother's Day. The quality has nosedived. We've ordered before and received lovely large berries.
This time I spent $80 for "Meh." The berries were on the medium side and sloppy, in my opinion. Thin chocolate too. Wouldn't order from them again.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for mothers day. The package arrived on the day promised, but FedEX did not ring the bell or knock. The perishable package was left out in the heat and was indelible. I called Shari's Berries and I was denied a full refund that I was only eligible for 1/2 of the purchase price plus a $20 voucher for a future purchase. I can guarantee you THERE WILL BE NO FUTURE PURCHASES FROM THEM! I'm extremely disappointed that something that I Iooked forward to being delivered and enjoyed for mother's day was ruined!
