“Awful company avoid at all costs”

Awful company had a holiday booked in Wales that was unfortunately cancelled due to coronavirus. They ignored emails, fobbed me off on the phone and generally tried to avoid paying the refund I was owed. Even after I told them I was having money problems after losing my job to the pandemic. Its taken over 3 months to get it back and only because I contacted PayPal and they intervened.

We booked Beautiful Villa, Calpe for a family holiday in July 2021. Unfortunately, our Easy jet flight was cancelled, so we were unable to go. We requested a refund or an option for the family to change dates even up to 2022. There was no response from the owner. However, Beautiful Villa, validated our visa credit card without our permission and withdrew the balance outstanding on the holiday up to the value of £4,000. Does anyone have any contact details or phone numbers for Bellvilla these con merchants

Tip for consumers:
It would be helpful if there were contact details for this business because they are only interested in taking your money and you never see it again. They are a law onto themselves

I had rented a house in Borkel en Schaft for a family reunie, through team Illse. The sick family member for who the reunion was fell and broke her hip. There was 6 days only between booking and cancelling. The host took the full 1204 deposit and had no compassion or sympathy for the medical cancellation. Do not ever book this home and definetly not with belvilla. Be warned

1N14V4W4 booking number

I Booked a Villa through Homeaway and ended up with these fraudsters,(BELVILLA) Cancled with in my window, numerous emails week after week sent, NO REPLY, Customer service will not accept phone calls.

ADVISING EVERYBODY
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AS YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK STAY AWAY

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Booked with this company 3 months ago for a holiday next week. Paid in full. All fine.

Within 2-weeks of booking, continuing up to last week, I was harassed constantly with emails threatening to cancel my booking due to non-payment. I replied confirming payment, they then assured me my booking was secured every week. This went on for 5-weeks non-stop. Exhausting.

Then 6-weeks prior to my holiday, I started receiving cancellation emails. I replied asking the reason & again every week I was assured that my booking was solid and to disregard the emails. But the emails continued weekly. This harassment really put a dampener on the holiday. We would have cancelled just for stress relief but there was absolutely no accommodation left due to an event in the area. Extremely unprofessional and unsettling when holiday plans have been made.

4-weeks ago I asked a manager to call me for clarification of what was going on. Never happened.

5-days before my departure, they rang to tell me to cancel my booking as the accommodation was double booked. I told them this was booked 3-months ago & there was no alternative accommodation. If I was told 3-months ago I may have had a chance at alternative accommodation but not this close to the event. I advised them I had pre-booked activities so I could not cancel. They said I must cancel or I will not get a refund and the house is not available to me. They told me to cancel my holiday and any plans and to make alternative arrangements.

I asked for reimbursement of my non-refundable activities & for a manager to call me. They hung up the phone. Never to be heard from again.

Complete disaster to book with. Honestly, pay anything else to NOT BOOK with this company. Absolute scam artists & your holiday will be ruined with the bombardment of conflicting emails they send you weekly.

Do NOT book with this company. They will harass you with threatening conflicting emails and cancel your holiday last minute

I found a splinter piece of wood in my sandwich belvita I will not eat anymore I have a half a box of the sandwich ones and a half box of the coconut ones. After finding that in the sandwich one I can't bring myself to eat anymore.

Trying to get a 600 Euro refund for two bookings paid in full that needed to be canceled due to COVID back in April 2020, still no refund now in June 2021. Have not been able to get a person on the phone and all emails responses are automated. They insist that the only way would be sending an IBAN but where I live they do not use IBANs, they refuse to just send a check or paypal or wire or refund the credit card. Do not trust them, bad service.

Seems the company was taken over by OYO and since then things have gone down hill:
