I ordered 3 coin hip scarves and a skirt and found them all to be of exceptional quality and excellent value for money. Very fast and friendly service and I would not hesitate to use belly-dance shop again or recommend them to friends.
I love this costume so much! It is beautifully made and the design is so unique! It is also great to dance in! I added a second skirt and the both flow together marvelously! Ordered 2 items 10 days apart. Had some communications issues. I thought the items were in stock - apparently not and had to be made. Did receive my items and I love them. Will I order from them again - probably but won't be expecting them in a hurry. Once items did ship - was fast 3 days shipping.
Took my money and never sent a thing. Disputing now with paypal. Wish i had checked here first!

Says: 3/31/11I placed an order and it would not accept my credit card, the next day I placed the order again with a different card, it went thru and I received my order, it was horrible, yellow was a nasty greeny gold, the 2 red items were at opposite ends of the spectrum, I called and emailed and returned the merchandise the following day. I now have my credit card statement and have been charged twice. I have sent 6 emails, both on the site and thru email. I tried to call the US based customer service # and it is not in service. BEWARE if you deal with this webstore. The fight continues...
I recently what I thought was a custom Belly Dance outfit 5th Nov 2010, great communication about sizes etc, once the got my moent Nothing! Tried by email, phone... no costume! After a month, only when I disputed to Paypal did a get the costume... But the wrong colour and not even my size!... I tried to send it back emails through a another checkout customer service, sent item back at my own cost and got my refund (2 Jan 2010) Rubblish Customer service even though they boast a excellent service... All LIES!
This website promises fast and secure shipping along with amazing costomer service, but unfortunatly it is all very overexagerated. If you are looking for a belly dance costume go to a secure site that actually answers their helpline phones and emails you back. I will be reversing the payment on my costume right away
Ordered my outfit July 29. I could view my order until August 9 (about when it should have shipped). The website now says I have no order. I have spent the week calling and emailing and cannot get any response from them. I will be calling my credit card company to get my money back.
There is absolutley no customer service you can reach after placing an order. I have been waiting almost a month now on my costume, the charge hit my credit card the day I placed my order.
When I did email and get an automated response it sent me to a page to inquire on my order status, the page said ACCESS DENIED.
Ad said I would receive it with in eight days. They are in Turkey, they have a local number, after calling it and no answer at all for over two weeks, finally get a recording, no name just a women on an answering machine saying no one is available.
My only option at this point is to have American Express reverse the charges back to them.
