The ONLY drawback period is shipping time but that's kinda expected these days with overseas purchases. Quality is great, prices unbelievable and selection never ending!

Estou de o dia 17 de Novembro que fiz a encomenda, até ao momento não tenho nenhum feedbk.

Wrong colour recieved ask to teturn and no way they wanted me to return, took several times asking, eventually i gave in, cant deal with the hassle.never shop there again

The experience was good but having to wait longer than the number of days stipulated. However also considering the hassle of holidays we have in my country now, as well as the distance.
Overall good experience indeed

Delivery took for to long. Over 3 weeks. Customer service pawned me of on a few times on the whereabouts of the item. Unfortunately I won't be shopping again with you..

Just recieved coat ordered a few weeks ago; had originally intended to by £125 worth of clothes that I had fallen in love with...but as I had never purchased anything from 'Bellewholesale' I decided to limit my purchase to one item as a means to ascertain the quality of what the goods on offer...OMW...! I have never been so glad that I changed my mind...the Teddy Coat that I purchased could be described as nothing more than 'CHEAP TAT' so disappointed.
After the horse had bolted, on spending time looking at many comments and accompanying pictures in reviews (none of which remotely looked like the advertised articles), I can honestly say had I taken time to read reviews before hand...there would be NO WAY this side of the equator that I would have purchased any thing from Bellewholesale. This teddy coat won't go to waste, instead of throwing good money after bad by paying to send it back, I'll use it to line my cats bed.
Totally totally disappointed...!

Ordered Christmas pajamas 11/12 for a Christmas party 12/10 and didn't receive them until 12/12. They are nothing like pictured on their website. In the picture they appear to be sparkly, which is what I liked about them, but there is no sparkle at all. Looks like an iron-on patch. The price was good, but delivery and quality was very, very disappointing.

The product was not as pictured. When I asked for a refund I was told I would be charged £4. What I purchased cost £15, I was refunded £2. They made the process difficult, I am still battling with them. Awful experience.

11/2022 placed order twice by mistake caught mistake tried to cancel submitted five more ticket to cancel recd refund for one pair. Second pair still showing processing and showing in transit will be returning if I read two pair of same boot only wanted one pair like pulling teeth to get refund never had issue with this company

I had the the hardest time to get a live customer service rep. The numbers didn't work, the chat didn't work, your info didn't help. It took over a month to receive my merchandise. The tracking number wasn't available. Your sizing isn't true to size. I ordered according to my size, but when I got my order, everything was smaller than size. I know by returning my merchandise it would take just as long to get the right sizes.

I did get afraid this was not a legit company as i ordered from as on FB. Ordered on Nov 11, was in pachageing by Nov14, than no updates. It finally shipped on Dec 2, i did recieve a USPS tracking # although it kept saying unacailable. I RECIEVED it Dec 12, exactly 31 days. It is exctly as described, i love the graphic image and the arm slits. I do wish it came in a 2XL, it could be a little longer and looser, but its ok. It is a soft stretchy material. I might order again now knowing it does take at least 30 days.

Slow delivery but the products look great. Not luxe quality but definitely a great value!
