I placed it in order on December 2nd and never received it and never received my refund either I don't think I will ever place order would draw guys again

Over all the packaging and the products was great, maybe a bit large

Resulta que mande a comprar mi producto con un mes de anterioridad, ya que vi que según su política de envíos lo más que se tarda en llegar un producto son solo 25 días, ya llevo hoy 43 días y todavía no se sabe ni dónde está el artículo, ya que también el número de seguimiento del paquete que me proporcionaron no es válido, oh no está en el sistema, ya me eh comunicado varias veces y lo único que saben decir que es un problema de logística y cuando no es eso es el tiempo y cuando no el tiempo que siga el paquete, ya la vdd me tienen cansada con lo mismo, para colmo les dije que ya no quería nada porque ya se pasó del tiempo de logística y política de envío, les dije que solo quiero que reembolsen mi dinero y me dicen que tendría que esperar a que el producto llegue a mi primero para emitir el reembolso, cuando ya llevo 43 DIAS DE ESPERA! Que clase de compañía tan mediocre, btw no vuelvo a comprar con ellos! Espero que con esta reseña mucha gente pueda librarse de comprar en esta página estafadora!

It took very long to come in. The items were not as described and poor quality.

They are great with their shipping and they have good quality in their clothing.

The sizing is way off, not good way too small should have size chart comparing standard sizes

Ordered on December 2,2022 GRINCH OUTFIT to wear for Christmas. Order did not arrive until December 29. Jeans run very small in the waist ( don't fit). Shoes were ok though but can't wear them now until Christmas 2023!

I bought some Christmas lights. Everything was delivered on time and the items were the same as what was shown online.

The fluffy dress neck hole was too tight to get a head through. Both my girlfriend and my daughter, who has a small head, were unable to get the dress over the head.

I ordered some things that I was told to be here by christmas and still have not got it and ask for a refund and was told NO just wait and also told I would have to pay them again to cancel my order that was not shipped out. Very bad...

The sizing was accurate except the sleeves were unusually long and it arrived much later than I anticipated.

It took a long time to receive it it was a Birthday gift to my self but just got it yesterdayy birthday was December 21 and then I couldn't even wear it

Easy to shop the items I ordered did not come in a timely manner, as they were gifts for Christmas. I had to check back a few times in regards to my order then told due to the holidays and items coming from out of country be patient.
