Order was straight forward but quality is poor! You get what you pay for!

Great styles I love this site my order took a little longer then the first but well worth the wait.

The outfit is too big. It does not have the off the shoulder look like the picture. The top is a crew neck and the bottom is too oose at the ankles. I want to return the outfit.

I ordered a set of lingerie looks cheap and poor quality, also a dress that never came after more that 5 weeks they finally answered saying that the dress was out of stock? Really? After 5 weeks? That sucks!

I am not happy with what you sent me. What I got was not what was advertised. The dresses were of poor quality and I feel as if you all false advertised. I run a business and I sell my customers quality merchandise and I expected to get that from you guys. I wrote and email wanting to return the merchandise for a full refund.

The products were every bit as beautiful as I expected

One item, a resin ornament arrived broken because it was packed, without a box in a single layer, bubblewrap envelope.
The second item appeared to be a glass ornament, but turned out to be a small, flat, metal ornament no bigger than a half dollar. On Santa's face, they painted thin black eyebrows beneath his raised white eyebrows!
All in all, a very disappointing experience dealing with this company, especially after waiting weeks and weeks and weeks for delivery.

So the shipping cost costs more than a pair of pants so that kind was a bummer but i really wanted bell bottoms! And 3 weeks later I opened them so excitedly to find out they don't fit.

I had purchased other items from the site and they were good, but i had never bought clothing and this time i was really disappointed, the quality and the looks are not even comparable with the pictures, very bad material and cheap, and the prices were high for these items that were worth less than $5

It was a little thicker that I thought it would be, but still nice. The material is a little scratchy, so I have to wear a camisole under it, but it fits well and is warm. I haven't laundered it yet, so I don't know if it will get softer after that. The hearts are perfect size and classy looking.

Very thin material. Too thin to wear as can see underwear.

Hair was synthetic, received a refund of $2. Keeping the wig for Halloween

Everything was great! Delivery took a little while but I don't actually know from where it came.

I liked the overall look of the website and products for sale, however on receiving these products I found them to be very cheaply made and not like the picture. One of my items had a stain on the front.

It was not the right size and it didn't look like that picture. It came too late.
